Good afternoon girls... I am back at work after a long weekend and FH is sick so is not a good way of coming back to work. As I know that the kids went back to school today (or I guess) the question of the date is.... What is the best memory from school that you have?

Re: QODT 1/2
I'm a dork but I always LOVED the first day of school...I don't know there was just something about having all new supplies that I just loved.
To this day, I always look forward to September instead of January as my New Year. I think God knew what he was doing when we couldn't get the church in August and ended up having to book for September.

Re: QODT 1/2
awww sorry about fh... The best memory of my childhood was when I used to live in Massachusetts. It used to snow so much, but we would have a great time sledding downt the hills, making snow-angels, I even made a snowman once, and the snow-fights were fun.

I always loved the day before Christmas break. I also loved going to school on my Birthday, it just made the day special.

Re: QODT 1/2
maybe senior follies. idk if other schools do it, but it's just a bunch of skits put on by the seniors poking fun (with love) at teachers and other various things that happened in school over the year.

Re: QODT 1/2
I know this is corny but in eleventh grade after my business law class I would always 'accidently' run into FH before his next class and we would flirt, it was so cute and we spent the entire year 'accidently' bumping into each other after our classes

Re: QODT 1/2
I really remember those few days after graduating 6th grade where you kind of didnt have to go to school if you didnt want to but I went to hang out with my friends and get our autograph books signed.
I also remember **cough cough drinking cough cough ** a few times in middle school before going in for our 7:30 lab classes. Now I teach middle school and I'm NEVER want to think of my kids doing that. I was a bad seed. Now I'm a nerd.

Re: QODT 1/2
Well as a teacher IM STILL IN SCHOOL haha...
but my favorite memory last year was when I won teacher of the year for brooklyn!!
Um as a kid... my favorite memory was my old teacher, Mrs.Barnabus who was there for me every second of my..oh so wonderful... childhood. She passed away a few months ago which broke my heart in pieces, she was only 49...
Anyway, all my memories with her are my favorite. She helped my dyslexia anxiety severely and never let anyone make fun....
