Ok this is beginning to get hard... LOL!

So today's question will get some of us to think! (Trying to make it fun)

If you can have ONE person from history who would you pick and why?

I would say that I would have loved to have Amelia Earhart attend my wedding. I know that history tells us that she disappeared and her body was never found but really think that she may have ran away and didn't want anyone to find her. Her views on marriage were liberal thus she never used her husband's last name. Well anyway I really wish I knew what happened and to have her there at the wedding would have been amazing! LOL!

i would love to answer this with someone really important in history but i have to go with my heart and say

Marilyn Monroe
(even tho she would totally show me up at my own wedding lol)

i just love her, shes that classic beauty totally sexy and knew how to work it!

there have been so many girls who tried to be her since but no one can, she was one of a kind.

I would pick Bob Marley, he would entertain while we ate dinner. LOVE HIM! (and yeah me & FH are of Jamaican decent so teh family would LOVE this too!)

i would have Selena at my wedding!!! i loved her!!! she was and still is my favorite singer of all time .. and of course i would definitely have her singing at my wedding! 'Bidi Bidi Bom Bom'!!!! lol

I know it's not a famous person but it IS from history because its in the past lol... I would have my maternal grandmother.... she passed away before MY mom got married, and my mom to this day gets emotional about it. The story goes, my mom and dad were all set to get married, though my mom is jewish and my dad is catholic. When my mom refused to get married at a temple (they wanted interfaith wedding), she and her mother got into a disagreement and cancelled the wedding because they could not agree on a ceremony location (and her parents were paying for the wedding). Sadly, her mother died of leukemia suddenly and unexpectedly before my parents ever got the chance to get married. I think it still doesn't sit right with my mom and she regrets that she was not there. So, I would bring her back to come to my wedding, both for me, since I never got to even meet her, and for my mom.

If I HAD to pick an actual historical figure though, I think it would be someone like Einstein, so he could see and appreciate all the cool technology of today lol.

If I could pick anyone from history- I'd invite Bono! --that way he could sing to me! ...I know he's not some iconic historical figure- but he's my fave!
