Happy October!!!

Here is the question for today.

Has your bridal party been holding their weight so far through your wedding party? Has anyone unexpectedly stepped up to the plate and were they in your bridal party or not?

So far my bridal party has hardly asked how wedding planning was going, including my MOH. she pops in and out and lives in her own world sometimes. Therefore to ease some of my worries I hired a DOC for the wedding day since my bridal party isnt around much and one isnt so supportive and is super opinionated. One of my girlfriends from school has actually been helping me a lot, she has even gone dress shopping with me! I feel very lucky to have her even though we had just became friends about nine months ago.

I have a really small bridal party-my sister and my FSIL, and both have been pretty involved and nice.

Most of my wedding party is out of state but they check in to see how it's going. My MOH is amazing. Always there when i need her

My two MOH's just had babies so they are doing the best they can at this point. Another BM is getting married in November so she is understandably no help at all. The youngest BM that lives in another state is doing as expected. Then the BM that was giving me problems in the beginning finally woke up and smelled the coffee. She has been quite helpful recently.

My bridal party has been amazing except for my bff. She has blatantly refused to help.When I asked her to go look at BM dresses and wedding dresses, she blew me off. She even showed up at my E-party 2 hours late and left after 20 min. I've known her for 18 years so I can't imagine not having her by my side on my wedding day, but she's one temper tantrum away from being tossed out.
