Re: QOTD 10/20
I've gone to two places so far just to try on and get ideas of what looks good on me. I don't want to miss out on the experience of trying on dresses since i'm getting my dress made. I have had some interesting experiences though. One lady told me that I 'need' a tiara because i'm only 5'2 and my FH is 6'3 so 'i need the tiara to add height to me.' Ummmm, that's what shoes are for. I'm not the tiara type and I didn't need her imposed opinions. Furthermore, Ive been standing next to my FH for damn near 6 years and we've managed to work things out thus far in terms of kissing.
The other experience was interesting because the lady told me that a certain dress looked good on me knowing damn well the dress was ugly and felt like a plastic table cloth....

I went to Bergdoff Goodman, loved it there!!!!
I ordered my dress from Bridal Reflections, it was the dress I tired on at BG but they beat the price!
