QOTD 10/28

Morning Ladies,

i'm declaring today, brag about your fiance day, otherwise known as qotd 10/28!

so let me hear it!!!

what is the cutest/awesomest or nicest thing your fiance has done for you in planning your wedding?

i jokingly told him he had to lick all the envelopes (thinking he'll use a sponge) since i put the invitations together...the silly man REALLY did lick every single one of them!!!

(i should post a photo of this, it was hilarious and seriously so cute)

instead of what awesome wedding related thing, let me change it to what is the cutest /sweetest/awesomest (take your pick) he ever did for you EVER

since my FH isn't invovled in the wedding planning i will post about other incredible things that he has done to make the stress easier. i am any extremely stressful person normally & with trying to plan a wedding & graduation coming up the stress has been out of hand recently.

-he doesn't ask me what i want for dinner, he just takes care of it.
-he helped me clean out an extra room in our apartment which was full of useless crap.
-he changes the cat box twice a week.
-he puts his cloths in the hamper.

these are the things i use to have to hassle him about that he just does now.

awwww, thats sweet

i love hearing about sweet things bfs do for their gfs, or in this case fh's do for their future wives

Same here-but I gave him the job of house hunting, which he came through on and found us one

Fh is really creative, he's a design engineer so he is always coming up with great ideas. I can't say his awesome wedding idea just yet, its a little surprise we are working on.

Since everyone knows I am obsessed with penguins, he carved me a penguin pumpkin, last year he carved me a cookie monster pumpkin. He also cleans and cleans and cleans. He knows how to iron and sew better than me. I love how he is not into sports, but his car hobby is very expensive! haha!

I'll answer both parts of the question During the wedding process, he has told me how much fun he is having doing all these things with me (like going to showcases and going to check out bands). He has even started talking about florists!
Other things he does would be cooking dinner for me, writing me cute notes for the morning after I go to sleep, and cards every now and then with poems or famous love quotes. He always seems to have the right things to say too.

I bought him a book on what a groom should do like it had a few tips on what he is responsible for in wedding planning, and HE ACTUALLY READ IT!!! We were at Macys and there was a magazine from The Knot and he actually knew what The Knot was and told me look theres a book from The Knot. These two things were absolutely adorable to me.

he also has input in everything wedding related. he even looks through the magazines and points out wedding dresses he likes.

mine does that too!! well flip through them and points to what he likes... he didn't go and order me any though hahaha

wedding related- he totally came to my rescue with our card box. he got major brownie points for that. He also says yes to all my ideas even if it's something he doesn't neccesarily feel is worth it.

relationship related- he's always full of surprises and always willing to make me happy. he gets his way too, so it's definitely balanced.

It's so hard to do this cause he does so much for me. i'm very lucky. he cleans, calls me to check on me when he's at school and i'm home alone, takes care of me when i'm sick, kisses my forehead (that''s my favorite).

The most memorable moment happened when he stood up for me when my brothers were beating on me and he thought they are taking it too far (we have yet to get out of that childish habit of seeing who can hit hardest). We had just started hanging out together and he came over my house. My brother had my arm behind my back and was twisting it. FH got REALLY upset and started yelling at him to stop. Think everyone was in shock. Both of my brothers are 6'3', very big and very strong (FH is 5'7' and would probably get walloped by them). My brother actually let go, nodded towards FH and went back to eating his dinner. Since then we do still fight but they don't take it too far.

fh does........

- laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away)
- Cooks for me when I work late
- Painted my parents whole house.
- Helps clean
- does many things around my parents house
- washes my car when it gets dirty
- he even put my ear drops in last night bc i have an ear infection lol.
- We're carving out pumpking tongiht! I can't wait hes amazing at carving pumpkins!!

hes the best ever and does everything for me! Oh and we just booked a long weekend trip in Jan. for Disney!!!! I can't wait

wedding related-
He has been completely selfless. Always asks for OT and most of his OT money he puts into our 'wedding fund'.

non wedding related-
hmm some things i can think of..
he is my chaffeur and drives me everywhere when we are together LOL... mainly because i am a bad driver too. also a good sport when i drag him into stores he hates (like DSW) lol.. and i am sure there are a ton of other things he does!

i posted this a few weeks ago...but seeing how stressed for time i was between school work and wedding planning FH took off a day from work to celebrate my birthday...he packed us a picnic and we sat in central park relaxing and drinking sparkling cider (since he didnt want to get arrested for champagne)

sameeeeeeeeeee here ... but he does clean the house on sats when im at work and he does take care of the litter box even though they are my two cats lol... he cooks when i work at the flower shop too
