happy thursday everyone!!!

sometimes i sit back and just think how great FH is.... so the question of the day is... what is the sweetest or most romantic thing FH has done for you??

ONe of the most sweetest thoughtful things FH has done for me is when i got my laser surgery on my eyes in August.... he took the day off, brought me to get the surgery... took me home and took care of me the ENTIRE 24hrs afterwards.. including making sure i put my eyedrops in at the right times, and feeding me... he was just so great!

i had a yeast infection and he went to the drug store and bought about 100 dollars worth of medicine, creams, sprays, wipes everything hahahhah ... i thought it was pretty romantic, i know a lot of guys who would not go in that aisle of the store

For my 30th birthday he took me to Paris, as surprise...we had dinner in the Eiffel tower

there are SO many times he has been sweet. more recently, a few times he has brought me breakfast in bed.

He does sweet stuff all the time I can't really narrow it down... Whenever I am sick he goes out of his way to take care of me and he always surprises me and cooks dinner. Sometimes he will tell me not to make plans on a saturday and take me somewhere.... the last time that happened he took me to montauk point (since i had never been) then out to lunch and shopping in the hamptons.. He is full of so many sweet surprises.

Me and my FH were split up at the time but he took care of me and my children when we all had the flu even though he didnt have to do that for me.

He's super sweet soo often... But one time sticks out the most. When my Father passed away in 05, I did nothing but push him away. I wanted to be alone..not with anyone. Then, he still came to all the wakes, didn't care about losing his job, just to make sure I was ok. He stood by my side no matter what harsh words I said to him. Made sure I ate, went to sleep with him rubbing my hair back from my forehead, and simply just letting me be a shoulder to cry on. When I finally came back to my senses, I realized that he was only trying to help. I was so thankful he was there through that difficult time or else I never would have made it through so easily.

this is hard, a lot of times he says sweet things and does sweet things for me - my FH isn't really 'romantic' as far as wining and dining me, writing love letters, serenading me or anything like that but he does like to surprise me with things and he just has a way of making me feel very special - especially if im not feeling well or if i am sick - he babies me a lot (almost all of the time) and i love it

He's not a romantic kind of guy at all - it's just not his style. However, this was a REALLY bad week at work and since the two of us always seem to have the fight about how I don't think he does anything to help around the house, when I got home he had vacuumed the living room, made the bed AND started dinner!

I was so happy!

FH always does super romantic & sweet things. Like planning vacations & suprising me with them me coming home to a perfectly clean home to being outside coming in the house with a single rose he picked from our garden just for me. He just the best man ever!

He always does super sweet things, but on 9/22/08, the first day of fall, he surprised me with a Speedy Louis Vouton bag as my new fall bag!!! I always mentioned that one day I'd love to get one, and he apparently was listening! hehehe

I had said I needed a new brown bag for the fall, and he got me THE brown bag!

I had foot surgery in December and was off my feet for almost 8 weeks. FH took care of me and waited on me hand and foot for a month and a half! He would leave work EVERY DAY during lunch to come home and make or bring lunch. He bathed me in the shower when I needed to sit on a shower stool and would carry back and forth from the bedroom to the living room when I needed a change of scenery. He would come check on me at all times during the nights I was in extreme pain. He'd massage my foot, despite being scared of the pins sticking out and he was home every second he wasn't at work, keeping me company and spending time with me. I will never forget how amazingly sweet and selfless he was after my foot surgery. When I was off my feet was when he decided he wanted to propose, but he didn't want to leave me alone in the house and go look at rings. He ordered one online just so he'd have something to give me when he asked!!!! I'm so lucky!

FH drove 2.5 hours through a blizzard just to tell me how much he loved me on Christmas. We had broken up for a short time and this was his way to win me back, boy did he ever, I love him more and more everyday, I'm so lucky!!!!!

FH isn't the best at the typical romantic stuff...but he does things all the time that lets me know he cares.

He makes dinner when I am at school and works every single weekend for extra money for the wedding

Last night when I told him I was freaked out about the fact that I had no emergency stuff for my car he ran out and put a whole kit together... he said it was his job to take care of me

(i just remembered something else)

Sometimes when I come home- I get home later than him--he will come over to me and get down on his knees and wrap his arms around my waist and bury his face against me ...its really sweet

For my 21st birthday he threw me a surprise party. He hadn't mentioned anything about my birthday so i was getting kind of annoyed. We were going to an 'anniversary party' for a couple who had got married in JULY lol. And I didn't put two and two together. Needless to say I was overwhelmed and shocked when I saw my whole family yell surprise. It was really sweet and something I will remember forever!

Not romantic but sweetest.

When my Grandmother died he took care of my Grandfather while we were all running around trying to get thing set for her funeral.
He kept talking to my Grandfather...just keeping his mind off of it. Watching my Grandfather tell stories to my FH about when he was young is now one of my most favorite memories. My Grandfather is the light in my life, he is the most amazing man and to watch my FH care for him just melted my heart. My FH even gave my Grandfather the shirt off of his back b/c my Grandfather liked it so much.
He also was a pallbearer at the funeral... and I know my Grandmother would have loved that. She adored him.
And I love him for carrying my Grandmother. I cant even explain it.

Gifts and nice dinners are very special.... but to me family is the most important.

Honestly my FH is sweet, he may not be the most romantic, but he is sooo worries and takes care of me EVERYDAY ALL DAY.. Of course there are times when I feel like he is over doing it.. At the end of the day I LOVE ALL HIS ACTIONS, especially towards me... I can't pinpoint one thing he does.. Its just all of them that make me proud of having such a wonderful FH...

For my 21st birthday my FH also throw me a surprise party in my moms house..

For our 1 year anniversary he made a card with his own thoughts and design. He said ' Its more unique and what he wanted to say would reflect in the card'... HOW SWEET!!!
