Good morning Ladies and HAPPY SATURDAY!!! I hope everyone has some good plans for tonight... ill prob. be sitting home w FH doing nothing as usual but its ok... this whole saving money thing for the wedding is getting really BORING!!! LOL..
well here is todays question:
Planning a wedding, and the way the economy and job force has been lately stress has been a new and not so exciting addition to life...
What is your favorite way to relase stress?? Also, what do you do to relax after a long day??
To releave stress once i week i will treat myself to a manicure, even though i am not working and have VERY little money, i like to sit and have someone take care of me for an hour and it gives me nice hands to look at all week if i get stressed during the week i typically will let out a loud scream until i feel better...
To relax, after dinner i like to sit with a cup of tea and my favorite book. sometimes just cuddling with FH helps or ill sit and pet the puppy for a little if FH isnt around!!

I play coed indoor soccer once a week, which is a HUGE stress relief. Being able to literally run into other humans and throw a few elbows is FABULOUS stress relief :)
On other nights if I'm really stressed, I'll unwind with a glass of wine and some terrible TV shows!

to release my stress I work out really really hard. like a long run on the beach, or busting it up on the treadmill for an hour.... I almost make myself hurt when I am stressed and angry because afterwords
to relax after a long hard day I knit! when I was helping my grandma through chemo we would sit at home and chat, and one of the things she was great at was knitting so she taught me how to knit and thats all I do when I am relaxing at home
Or drink

fave way to release stress for me is cooking, or curl up w/ my kindle and a glass of wine. And after long days FH and I like to be couch potatoes and catch up on the dvr

Re: ***QOTD 10/30/10***
favorite way to release stress is going out to eat in a nice restaurant either with FH or some girlfriends where I can sit, be served, drink some wine, treat myself to a NICE meal and chat in a place that is not work or home!
It's unfortunate on the wallet and diet though but it is relaxing.
Another is definitely snuggling under a blanket with FH, our two doggies and watching a movie.

Ah I either eat, or I really work out hardcore! Working out deffffff works.
to relax, all I need is a comfy pillow, a blanket and my dog curled up next to me on my couch.
