You did an amazing job last week!!!!

To help us get through this Monday morning, here is a 'fantasy' question......

Congrats Ladies, on your way home from your HM you and DH buy a Lotto ticket and win 15 Million!!!! What are you going to do w/it???? Oh, and your wedding is all paid for so you don't have to spend the $$ on paying that back!

I would totally quit my job....I wouldn't even think twice about it. I am currently getting my Masters in Edu so I would become a full time student and finish that up. I would build us a nice home in our neighborhood, nothing too crazy or over the top. Since FH has the type of job where he can get a month of vacation at one time yeah I know!!! I would plan for us to travel EVERYWHERE I would also volunteer my time teaching in under privilege areas. I don't think we would live a crazy lavish life but I def would want to take care of our parents and close family members!!! I would also start a non profit organization for adults w/brain tumors to help them w/medical care and to support their families. Oh and my one MAJOR splurge.....would be to go to Milan every season to shoe, jewelry and purse shopping (not a big clothes shopping type of chick)!!

I would pay off all of my debt, and all of my mom's debt.
FH would then buy a beautiful house in a good area and probably buy a vacation home somewhere. Probably Mexico and i'll buy my mom a house down there too.
I'd put most of it in cd's and stuff cuz I wouldn't want to spend it all in one shot. I too would quit my 9-5 job RIGHT away but i'd still work on the weekends.
hmm... Im not sure what else. Aside from clothes, cars, doggies, and electronics i'd save a lot of it.

then we will go to Europe for a Month on an extended HM, great now I am getting excited wishing it where true
lol also pay for our and family debt and I wold open a college fund for my niece and nephew!

FH and I were just talking about this yesterday but only with 1 million, lol...

...We would pay our tithes and offering and make a charitable donation to our church, which we love. We would pay off all of your parents' debt and put them in nice homes (paid off of course) we would then pay off all our debt, get some more education, invest in our futre and our future children's future and travel. Change my ENTIRE wardrobe, lol and that after that... We'd save the rest.

I'm almost positive that We'd pick up and move to Hawaii. He says it all the time! His exact words, 'If I win the lottery, I'm moving to Hawaii!'

I used to fight with him about it because I'd be way too far from my family, but it's a pointless thing to fight about!

I would 1st buy myself a Chloe bag
Then I will go home shopping, a cool Park Ave. 3 bedroom apt. Then I will furnish it they way I always dreamed with B&W prints on the walls and very modern chic furniture.
I will not quit my job, but will invest the rest of the money.
I will make FH quit his job and we will build a website and studio of his works like we always dream.
And of course I will give my parents a good amount to pay off their mortgage and will pay for my brother's education.

YAY....

I love these questions....

1. First, I would pay off all our school loans, and credit card debt for my siblings, i would also pay FH's parents home loan... (they are selling their house but still owe a ton of money)...

2. Buy a house on LI, and in Vegas... My BIL is a realtor in Vegas so obviously i would go through him so he can make some commission off of it... i would would set up accounts for my neices and nephews and put money into it for them for college, or whatever...

3. I probably wouldnt quit my job cause i really do love it... and oddly enough, the last dude that won the Mega Millions worked at MSG also...

4. I would probably donate some of it to the American Cancer Society...

I would first and foremost buy a house for Fh and I. I would then help out our parents with their mortgages. I would then give 20k each to my nieces for college. I would put the rest of it away for us.

Wow!!!! First, we both would quit our jobs and buy a couple of houses, live in the best one and rent out the others. Hubba Hubba, I wish that would happen!!!

I would pay off my student loans, pay off my mom's debt, buy a house for myself, my parents, and the FILs. Take everyone on a nice vacation, and probably take a year off from work to travel the world. It'd just be nice to not have to worry.

5) Invest some money

Pay off our debt
Pay off our mortgage
Renovate my house (especially my bathrooms and kitchen)
Pay off my car

Invest a lot of it into my new business (open up a shop, hire more staff, etc).

Put the rest in savings for our children and future.

Leave my job that day, buy my family all new houses and a car of their choice along with spending money. I would buy a house fh and me new cars and rest of the money would be put in the bank and away for our children. I'd also plan a dream vacation someplace.

And invest a good amount too.

WOW! Ok this is fun... One I would invest in my new company... OBVIOUSLY,

I would buy a great big home in a nice area. I would by my mother a new home and tell her to RETIRE!!!

I would put money away for my kids future. I would get my hubby all new equipment and trucks for his company...

THEN... I would take my entire family on vaca!

Oh and buy a Mercedes S class.... Then save/invest the rest

Congrats!!!!

If I won 15 mill...I would pay off mine and FH's and my family's debt. Then buy a beautiful house and one for my nana so she could get out of the 55+ community she lives in. Then I would buy a big piece of land upstate and start a no kill animal shelter although, I think I might need more than 15 mill for this dream!
