I really LOVE Melissa Sweet's designs. But I don't want to spend a lot of money on my dress. I think I might go for a Maggie Sottero. I love her dresses and they are reasonably priced!

Just go out and try on EVERYTHING!!!! I started off with nothing in mind except white and strapless, and just went from there.
After trying on every possible type of dress I started ruling things out -- satin, corset backs, too much glitz, and realized I liked lace accents, covered buttons, and dresses that were more simple but beautiful fabric.
My dress *is* strapless, but it's raw silk so not a stark stark white.

Eve of Milady... there are 8 dresses that I must see. And her new line is coming out in February! There is just something about her fabric that I love.
