Good Morning Ladies and Happy Hump Day! Is it just me or is this week dragging?
Today is an extremely easy question. I was looking at our 'first picture' last night and was thinking of the night we met. The picture was taking the next morning on the beach in the Hamptons.
So how did everyone meet their soon to be hubby?
We went 3 years int he same highschool and never met but had some of the same friends We met June 2001, I went to his senior prom with one of his friends. We all went to the after party out in the Hamptons at this sleezy motel. As the night went on and my date was putting the move on me and getting rejected each time he left me out there (came back in the middle of the night)!!!!! Adam and his friend Ed approached me to light their cigars because they were both drunk. From then on for the rest of the night we were inseparable. The next day we said our goodbyes and I thought I would never see him again since he was graduating and I wasn't. 2 days later I went to a party and he showed up univited just to see me! We finally exchanged numbers and went on our first date 3 dates later! Been together ever since!!!!!

First, yes this week is dragging, even with having yesterday off! I had sooo much trouble waking up!
Long story short, FH and I met online. It turns out we had a bunch of the same friends so one night, we just started talking. We talked for 2 weeks practically every night through email and on the phone and then he asked me on a date. And that's it! lol

Long story short, FH and I met online. It turns out we had a bunch of the same friends so one night, we just started talking. We talked for 2 weeks practically every night through email and on the phone and then he asked me on a date. And that's it! lol
My MOH met her boyfriend online!!! So many people I know have married people they have met online too!!!

I know, I see that really often! It was weird for me at first but it's not like I was meeting the greatest guys at bars or when I went out lol

my best friend was dating one of his friends, we met at applebees and then a few days later at his friends house. he drove me home that night and walked me to my door, and the rest is history.

We were in the same economics class. It had over 400 students...I was on one side of the class and he was on the other. It sounds corny, but our eyes met and I knew I had to meet him. Then it turned out they broke us down into classes of 30 then into groups of 3....he was in my group of 3!!! So the rest is history.....

So FH and I first met at Great Adventure. I was a high school senior on a trip and he was a college Junior also on a trip. I had already made my decision to go to the school he was at and thought it was neat to see someone I knew from my future school. I recognized him from the open house where he gave a speech. So I went to say hi (which looking back now I realized was REALLY dorky lol) and he looked at me like I was a crazy person stalking him!!! I walked away and told my friend how mean and rude he was. So that was our first meeting. Then when I became active in our colleges drama group we formally met and I told him this story while he was flirting with me...in total slick fashion he told me I must have been wrong he wouldnt do that and I said well you did. So we both had a good laugh and thats how it happened

We met in college..both were in charge of a club. (mind you this is the guy that i always said is too good for me and wouldnt want a girl like me...) Long story short we finally hung out with a group of friends the night before my 18th birthday..then 2 weeks later went on a student government retreat and the rest is history!!!

Yes the week is dragging!
We met a little more than 5 years ago. He moved next door to my grandmother and I thought he was the hottest guy I have ever seen. I would go to my grandmas just to see him and we officially started talking at his backyard summer party.

We met at the Riverhead Racetrack, the guy that does all of the work on FH's race car is friends with my family, so we went to the track that night to watch the races (me, my mom, and my sister), then we were walking around the pit area and hanging out by FH's car and he was talking to us and just joking around with us. Then two weeks later that friend came over and said that FH wanted my number so he can take me on a date and me being the meanie that i am said no and kept saying no for over a month and then finally gave in and the rest is history.

we met while attending college apparently he had noticed me before but since he used to see me hanging out with this boy who was just a friend he insinuated he was my bf so he didn't introduced himself. Then he asked our mutual friend and this is when he introduced us i have him my number and the rest was from there

We met at a friend's party in late 2006.
Here's a picture from our first New Years together two weeks later:
We met at a bar. I was having a really bad day and my friend insisted I go out with her. Totally against my will -- I went. I noticed FH after we were there for a while. She insisted I go talk to him...or she would. So i did...even though I had totally lost my voice and could barely speak. The next day he called...the next Sat we went out...and that's how it all started.

we met 'officially' on myspace. i know weird... but it turns out that i was friends with his best friend.. we went to the same college. we chatted online for a few weeks and he kept asking me to go to parties with him.. i gave him the run around because i was sort of seeing some other guy.. (total loser) during this time he would do the sweetest things... send me roses, cards.. etc. and believe it or not i knew that if we started dating this would be it.. the end of my dating life... i just knew that we would be together foreverrrr.... we were 19 and that was a little hard to get over so it took me a while to come to my senses... but here we are!!! so glad i dumped that other loser for him!!!

a friend of mine was coming to my house for valentines day (2000) & he brought along another friend (FH). we became really good friends after that & started dating 6 weeks later.

we met at my cousins halloween party in 2004. I was dressed as a schoolgirl and he was dressed as a pedophile priest haha-it was hilarious!
