We haven't gotten to this point in our planning just yet, but I'm wondering....

Did FH pick out his wedding day attire on his own, did you pick it, or was it a compromise?

He hasn't officially picked anything yet, but we know what he is looking for! I suppose you can say we sort of compromised in choosing this. FH is not a fan of black tuxes and I'm not a fan of khaki tuxes- We both really liked gray and ended up using gray in our color scheme (gray and yellow) He can choose what tie/bow tie he wants to do and what shade of gray he would like (charcoal or light) I believe he wants to be in a different shade than his BM and our dads... that is cool with me :)

He is going to do it on his own with the boys. I had my stress its his turn.. I do know he is getting all the boys Tuxedo Tees to change into at reception though

My FH is quite the fashionista and has already dreamed up his wedding day outfit. We both work in the luxury fashion industry so I'm just hoping his tux comes out to be less than my dress! And of course I have final approval on everything...lol

He'll want to pick it out, but he knows that I have final say, LOL!

We haven't gotten to that point yet either, but I'm going to let him pick it out. He didn't pick my dress so I figure I'll let him pick his tux plus, he has good taste so I trust he'll pick out something nice! He actually wants me to go with him so we'll probably end up picking it out together.

we went together. mainly he picked it and I ok'd it lol. we just matched the purple color with my girl's purple so it was pretty easy.

then I told him what if the guys all wore converse sneakers and he gave it as a gift? he liked that so we're doing that too. the only thing is I liked the Vera wang tux better but he didn't. but it was fine they both look good.

He wanted to wear charcoal so I went with him just so I could see the color. I really liked it and have my input on the vest/tie color too. I'm glad I went with him bc when he tried on the jacket he almost went with the size he was practically swimming in. He's going to look so handsome

We haven't gotten up to this step yet. FH is so laid back he really doesn't have a specific plan for what to wear but he definitely has a vision. He definitely wants to look James Bond/ baller-esque. I'm not sure what he'll choose but he definitely wants to look sharp. Since my ladies will be in gray, my only request was no khaki.

I actually need to do this over the weekend. FH wants to pick it out himself and it be a surprise like my dress is to him, which is cute, but of course I'm not having it lol. I told him he can decide but I need to approve it. He doesn't understand that I have a vision in my head of our wedding day. I trust him though he has great taste.

I'll be picking it out.. he has no style fashion at all.. we plan on going to men's warehouse

FH and the boys are likely going this weekend to do that. I'm giving him a swatch of my dress fabric and a swatch of the BMs dresses, so he can make sure things match well.
We're pretty much on the same page with what the look should be. Def double breasted - either black or charcoal grey. He can integrate the red in almost any way he sees fit - except not on the vest (if he choses to have one). I don't like colored vests. He may do red tie, socks, etc...but I told him I was really partial to red suspenders for the pop of color.

Ok....so maybe I am controlling things more that I orginally stated..

FH will most likely go on his own with his brothers and maybe with his boys when the time comes. We are going to wait until probably next year to look into that, but FH will have a custom made suit because of his body type he always had a hard time renting a tux that fit him perfectly

We picked it together i gave him suggestions and he said ok but we picked textures etc together.

Still early for us too but we went to Men's Wearhouse last week for a wedding party we are in and they had a gray tux there I loved. So I mentioned to him that I like the look. Ultimately whatever floats his boat. But I know he'll come to me for input anyway.
