QOTD - 11/22/08

sorry the question is so late but i have been running around since 6AM getting stuff ready for thanksgiving.

Ever since I was a child I have been dreaming of my wedding day. So this inspired todays question:

Do you remember when you first started planning your wedding???

FH & I were together for about 6 months when I realized that I would marry him one day. Thats the day I started my lists. That was 8 years ago.

I starting 'planning my wedding' right after I graduated college in 2006 because that is when I knew we were ready for the next step/chapter, even though I knew I wanted to marry him way before then. I guess it was like ok now that college is done this is the next step in my life type of thing!

my cousin got married in 2006 and i helped her a lot with her planning. i subscribed to like 2 bridal magazines and told everyone it was to help her with ideas, but i was really doing it for me! lol

I didn't start planning until after i went ring shopping with his sister, before that i never really thought about it

After we moved in together I started looking at bridal magazines and starting some lists. I knew it would be within the year after that.

I started planning the day I got engaged... I never thought I'd be getting married.

Right after I got engaged. I never really had every detaiil of my wedding day planned out like some girls... still don't have half of it even planned.

I never really did that as a little girl...I was such a tom boy and only interested in sports. So I think I started to think about it a few years ago when my older friends started getting married. I tried to think of how I would do it

i really didn't start planning it until after i got engaged. i started to think about it when my brother got married last year.

I only started planning little things and coming up with ideas when we were talking about getting engaged. It was maybe 9 months before he proposed. I did a lot of research about what I wanted for my wedding online.
