*QOTD 11/25/09*

Morning ladies today's QOTD is:

What are 3 things that FH has given you, or you bought together that mean a lot to you, besides your e-ring and why? (No promise rings either, those are obvious)

1. FH bought me a netbook right before the school year started last year(to use @ school), I had just transferred schools and it was a nice way to start off the year and shows that he listens and thinks about me! Haha which is something us girls need constant reminders of and don’t always get from silly boys!

2. FH got me a build a bear for Christmas the first year we started dating. I thought it was really cute because I had never implied that I liked stuffed animals or anything like that. Also he put 2 hearts inside when he made it, mine and his<3 lol

3. Lastly our puppy Bentley that we bought together, I never had a dog growing up and FH did, so it was a big deal for me I wasn’t sure I would even like dogs! But he’s our baby and I love him. It also gives FH and I another thing to do together.

1) Our Cat Dexter (although techincally it was his cat because he got when he was living in his brother's basement apartment) but he asked me how I felt about getting a cat, so I always felt as if it was our deicison.

2) our first apartment. Granted it's not bought but rented, even after we move out of here into our first home it's always going to make me smile when I drive past it.

3) My digital camera. Photography is a big deal with me (I'm like the papparazzi with my family and friends) I had been complaining about how my current digital camera was crappy and I really wanted a new one and he bought me a new one 2 Christmases ago.

Hmmm

1) my puppy BOO that he bought for me for our 2 year anniversary! He is 9 now! wow!

2) those ridiculous double plated ' I Love you ' necklaces but mine actually said 'Gerard's Angel'all in diamonds! haha! i still have it!

3) hmmm, he writes me poetry so that always makes me smile.

Let's see:

1) My heart bracelet from our first valentine's day. He was in the hospital with pneumonia and we had only been dating officially for 4 months - so we spent out first valentines day there playing the card version of deal or no deal.

2) He paid for our tubing trip to PA last winter. He organized the whole thing and it was one of the best weekends ever!

3) A little Yankee teddy bear - he gave it to me the day we got engaged at the stadium. Other then the ring - something to always remember that amazing day by.

Ok...

1) When we first started dating, I had a really bad day at work, that actually had brought me to tears. So FH went out on his lunch break at work and bought me a rose to make me feel better. (I dont have it anymore obvs. But that ment a lot)

2) Our trip to Disney World this year. I've always wanted to go since I was a kid and this year he made it possible. Of course Future step daughter went as well which cut the trip short bc she was afraid of most of the rides. But it was still our first 'Family' Vacation.

3) And my ultimate favorite. The Yankee designed key to our appartment. :) Im a huge Yankee fan, everyone in my family loves them. And when he asked me to move in with him...he gave me that key.

1. He didnt really buy me it but he won me a nemo stuffed animal when we first started dating I still sleep w it sometimes!!!! it was so cute when he won it!!

2. He bought me a winter coat last year that I wanted for a while it was so nice plus he put the rign I always wanted in the pocket.

3. But the best thing we bought together was our puppy Brandy!! She is the love of our lives our own little family!! She is the best present I could have ever imagined!!! I love our little princess!

1. When I finished grad school, he surprised me with a relaxing trip to South Beach, which was exactly what I needed.

2. When we first started dating when we were 19 and he worked at a deli, he used to make me pepper turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce and honey mustard sandwiches (my favorite) and bring them to school everyday (we went to college together). He used to write cute things on the deli paper it was wrapped in, like 'i love you' ,or 'to agi, with love, shawn'...lol

3. and when he gave me a key to his apartment. That was a big one; I knew he was growing up then. Then he asked me to move in a year or so later. I still haven't done it, especially now, I think I'll save more living at home

When we first started dating when we were 19 and he worked at a deli, he used to make me pepper turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce and honey mustard sandwiches (my favorite) and bring them to school everyday (we went to college together). He used to write cute things on the deli paper it was wrapped in, like 'i love you' ,or 'to agi, with love, shawn'...lol

1. Since FH lives in England...he has to leave me a lot and he always leaves me love notes on my pillow.

2. He bought be a DS for one of our anniversaries. He knew I had trouble sleeping while he was away from me so he got it to help me in bed at night.

3. A laptop. We were having so much trouble webcamming on my old hunk of junk so for our first x-mas he bought me a beautiful new lappy.

1. His FDNY maltese cross to wear around my neck with his badge number on it. This was given to me for our first Christmas together.

2.& 3 My journey necklace and diamond heart ring. This was given to me for our second Christmas together.

Agreed.

1. gorgeous heart shaped diamond earrings ... and hints in the B-day card that the proposal was on its way

2. everytime im sick.. (like today) FH stops by and delivers get well packages... his homemade soup, medicine etc etc....my mother always says she likes that her daughter is in good hands

3. access to his accounts, his apt, etc etc... thats when i knew there was trust because he doesnt trust too many people<3

3. A teddy bear dressed like a lady bug (so cute)

1- I was having a rough week and Fh gave me the cutest teddy bear with a really sweet card that just completely lifted my spirits...I still have the teddy bear!!

2-Our apartment-we don't own it but we love it and moving in together was a great experience. My FH is the greatest cook so I can honestly say he makes great meals all the time lol!!!

3-Our coffeemaker lol- we love this thing. It is great!!!

My dog Bailey he bought me a few months after we started dating.

Bailey was less than 1 lbs and was a valentines day present.
