Good morning ladies! I'll be posting these when I get up at 5:30am so excuse me if I ramble or don't make sense

I'm soooo happy it's election day and not cuz i'm ecstatic to vote. It's finally gonna be over! All the fighting and campaigning! Done! Yay!

Ok, so here's my QOTD. Going back in time again

What was your first official date with fh like (or most memorable if you didn't really have one)? Who asked who out? What did you do? How did you feel when you were with him?



FH asked me out on our first date. We met online so we talked for 2 weeks on the internet and on the phone. On the day of our first date, I cancelled that morning cuz I was soooo stressed about work. I couldn't bring myself to go out. I didn't know if he would forgive me and still go out with me but he completely understood and we scheduled another.
On our date, he took me to dinner in Huntington Village and then to a movie. He confessed after we had our first kiss at the end of the night that he thought I didn't like him cuz I was soooo quiet and shy. Boy was he wrong. We both felt so comfortable and so into each other that first night that we spent Saturday night going out also. And then every weekend after that! He still teases me about being shy and about cancelling on him!

Adam asked me out first. He came to pick me up (10 minutes late) we went to eat lunch at boulder creek, walked around in roosevelt field mall, bought the blink 182 cd (take off you pants and jacket), then rode to jones beach and walked on the boardwalk, then I believe we tried to play mini golf in eisenhower park but it was closed, we sat and talked for a while then he drove me home. I think our first date was the longest one in history he picked me up around 12 and dropped me off around 9!

FH had picked me up and we went out to dinner at the Argyle grill in babylon, then we drove around for alittle bit, and then he drove me home around 12ish and he asked me out. i knew it was coming because my best friend was dating one of his friends, and you know us girls we cant keep secrets, so i knew for alittle bit before he officially asked me.

Our first official date was a few days before Halloween. He took me into the city for dinner and then we went to a bar to see his brothers band play. I was incredibly nervous meeting the family already. His brother and sil were very cool and kept getting me drinks. Well I clearly had like 10 sea breezes in like 1 hours....I couldn't walk out of the bar. FH carried me. I was acting like a complete idiot on the way home. Well as soon as I got out of the car, I threw up and FH helped me inside. If he came back after that, I knew he was a keeper!

well the first official asking on a date was when FH asked me to go to prom with him. i was checking my e-mail & i got an invitation to a family friends 13th birthday party. so i called FH (who was just my friend at the time) & said oh i have to ask you something. & he inturrupted me & blurrted out, 'Will you go to prom with me?' obviously i said yes & ran around the house screaming.

I think our first real date was after we were friends fro like 6 months lol I had play rehersal all day and was just going to go home when he asked if i wanted to go out to eat dinner. We went to this little pizza place by him and then went to a park on the water to watch the sun set over the city. It was amazing and yet I wasnt sure what was going on. Were we going to remain as friends or was this something more...I guess I got my answer lol

we didnt have our first official date until we were dating for few months...I pretty much told him take me out or die lol He took me to Tellers, and it was enjoyable (and it is still a joke between us about the $52 dollar lobster i ordered that night...) I found out not that long ago that before we went he was online talking to a friend of ours and he was saying how nervous he was and how he couldnt believe we were going on a date and all that sappy stuff...he is adorable sometimes lol

our first first was at the guggenheim museum! we love museums, then wen visited the museum and then we went to have dinner at a near by restaurant it was really nice! WE didn't kiss on the first date though lol

Our first date was one week after we first met. We met the previous Sat at a bar -- he called the next day and we talked everyday after that. Mid-week he asked me to go out that Sat. We ended up going to the Library Cafe in Farmingdale for a few drinks. It was a very low key date...and perfect b/cwe just got to talk and get to know one another

We met online. After 1 week of IMing and 2 weeks of talking on the phone, he asked me out for dinner. We went on our 1st date on a Sunday Afternoon to Maria's Trattatoria Rest in Bayside. Afterwards we went to see Mission Impossible 3 and then went and sat in Forest Park for hours and just talked. When I got home we talked another 2 hours on the computer. Neither one of us wanted that date to end.

I asked out FH. We were in high school, and I asked him if he wanted to go bowling with me and our friends. It was a group date, very cute!
