Good afternoon ladies sorry this is so late. It has been such a crazy weekend with work and getting the apartment together.

Do you own your own home? If not when do you plan on getting one and what would it look like?

For me I do not. My dream home would be a 2 story old victorian redone but with the character of the old. I would like 4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. I would want it with a big living room that leads to an open kitchen. I would want at least 2 fireplaces and have to have a big backyard. Hopefully we win the lotto soon. I plan on looking for a house after we get married.

We just closed on our home last month. Its a cape. Its not what I have always dreamed of owning, but its what we can afford for now, and its in the area we want to be in. Its small, but we have plans on dormering/extending at some point in the future. It works for us now. I would LOVE to have a big colonial.

currently we do not own a home. Our plan is after the wedding we are going to continue to save towards a house and then we are going to purchase a 2 family house and live in one apartment while renting out the other. Later on down the line, we hope to move into a one family house and then rent out the 2 family house so we have some extra income.

At least that's the plan LOL
