I grew up practically addicted to Disney movies, so today's QOTD was inspired by the Disney movie marathon ABC Family had on all weekend haha

Is your FH the 'prince' you dreamed of or are there things about him that took you by surprise?

My FH literally came out of left field! haha...we met online I always pictured myself with the tall dark & handsome type so, of course, FH has blonde hair and blue eyes! I'm also Catholic and pretty religious and FH is Jewish. I always pictured marrying someone in my religion. I didn't think I would even consider marrying someone who wasn't until I met FH. He has the exact personality that I always pictured my husband to have - he can always make me laugh and just understands my personality without me having to explain myself. He's not what I always pictured...he's better!

My FH and I actually started out as friends. My cousin got me a job at her restaurant, and when I asked her about cute guys, she told me there was a guy that I'd fall in love with. We became best friends probably the second day we knew each other, and I thought that was as far as it would ever go. One day, he decided to take a risk and kiss me, and 8 years later, we're planning our wedding!!

He is nothing I expected, but he's truly my other half. Everyone who knows us says that they don't understand how we ever functioned without each other.

After all those frogs I kissed when I was younger, I never thought it was possible to have a prince like him! (OMG I sound like I'm insane!!)

awww I love these!

FH is not at all what I imagined I would marry. I always went for the 'bad boys.' He came out of left field and got my attention. After our first date I was totally smitten. I never dated someone that had similar passions to mine so it was really refreshing. Though we have similar passions in one aspect we are totally different in another. i am a total girly girl, love make up, clothes. He is a video gamer nerd not at all interested into sports or cars which for me is huge. I always dated guys into sports and way into cars. I grew up around sports cars, I own one. So totally different but it's amazing and I love what we have. My prince just came in a form I wasn't expecting :)
