when i first got engaged, my sister was getting married in about 2months, so we kept everything we were doing to our selves so it wouldn't take away from her. then after she got married and everyone is like, ok your turn! i was like... OMG i am getting married...
when did it REALLY hit you that you are getting married? or is it still surreal???

Still a little surreal but it really hit me when I went to try on my gown when it came in. I was driving in the car the other night and I was daydreaming and I was like OMG I AM GETTING MARRIED sometimes it hits me like a ton of bricks and other times its like oh yeah I am getting married

FH and I decided to put planning on hold till after the holidays so the full impact hasn't hit me yet. But I know when it does I'm going to be ..

It seems a little more real every time I can check something off of my list....when I got my dress, when we booked the RH, when we met with the priest, etc., but it's still surreal. I don't think it'll hit me until we're laying on the beach in Hawaii on the HM!

For me it is still surreal!! There are days when it seems real but most days I can't wrap my head around it. I am excited about it. just can't believe it!!

We went out for a friends b-day a few weeks ago. One of the couples we were with had just gotten married and I was like 'wow, we hang out with married people now.' And then it really hit me and I was like 'OMG...I am going to be one of those married couples!' lol I told FH and said how adult like it is. He had to remind me that we are adults now.

I think it's still kind of surreal. Fh and I have been together for 8 years so even now we're both like it's so weird that we're finally going to be getting married! But every once in a while (in the middle of all the planning madness!) I stop and think OMG we're really getting married! I actually don't think it will hit me and feel real until I'm walking down the aisle with my daddy.

I'm kind of with everyone else - sometimes it hits me and sometimes not. . it's mostly when we do things TOGETHER for the wedding planning. . FH said it hit him hard when we were at the cake tasting

It is still a little surreal. It hit me a bit when I was at the church for the music day and heard the music in the church and saw my mom tearing. It hit me a little more in my dress. But it still hasn't really hit me yet.

It's still very surreal to me. I am having a lot of trouble wrapping my head around the idea that a year from today, I'll be a married woman, living (hopefully) in my own place. I still feel like a child, and it scares me a bit.
