Ok so we all are amazing planners when it comes to wedding things...which got me thinking. So todays question is
What is your 5 year plan for married life ? Where do you think you and DH/DW will be in 5 years. Where do you think you will live, work, and will there be any little ones running/crawling around.
Hopefully DH and I will be living in our own house, in either LI or Bayridge brooklyn. Ideally we will both be working for the Dept of Ed and be half way to our 10year longevity raise (yay new contract!). Since we dont want to have kids right away (want to enjoy the newness of married life and travel together) we will probably have a child going through the terrible 2's (AHHHH) and maybe another on the way.
i'll be teaching!! and fh will be making money as well maybe more than he is now we'll be living in a house in upsate ny and i'll porbably have one little brat by then...can't wait

We will be living in our house, with our dog. FH will still be at the town of hempstead and hopefully i will be at a better paying job

within 5 years I hope we can save enough to buy a home. Both of us would love to advance in our careers and have a house before having kids....

in 5 years i hope to have a house. probally will have 1 kid by then too. he/she will prob be only about 2 at that time so i will be home part time & he will be making the money. & we will also have our puppy by then

hmmm we'll be living in Bay Ridge Bklyn (hopefully) or Staten Island, and we'll def have at least 2 kids by then since we're planning on starting right away (feel like i should have be born in 1800's sometimes lol), but ill be the typical housewife and hopefully FH business will be going well

Hopefully me and Colleen will both be working and able to buy a house somewhere in Queens or Long Island... Hopefully we will have the financial means to have a kid or two as well...

we will be living in LI somewhere in a nice beautiful house hopefully lol... traveling since i love traveling.... ill prob still be working at the hospital maybe be finished with school(surgical) (if i decide to go back) FH unless he decides to change jobs he will still be a sheet metal mechanic and ill def have a lil brat and maybe a 2nd on the way...

Its hard to say where we will be in 5yrs. With the way the world is anything could happen. I would hope that we have one child, maybe 2. I hope that my FH will find a job he that he loves...

5 years...hmm, i will be 23 when i get married..so i will be 28 after 5 years. i'd assume we will have kids...maybe..and we will probably have our house built...and hopefully i have a teaching job!

I'd like to be in a new house...but we might have to stay in our current one a bit longer than expected to turn a profit. I'll hopefully be at the same job (I have a good situation -- good money and I work from home 1/2 the week) --and FH will hopefully be in a union or running his own construction company. I dont plan on having kids...so I'll just be enjoying FH's two being older and more self sufficient.

we'll have at least 1 kid...maybe another on the way. Maybe take over half the mortgage of my moms house and live on the entire bottom floor (we currrently have an apartment on part of that floor)

FH will be done with his Masters and hopefully have passed the CPA exam
i'll be teaching....who know where.......don't know if we want to stay on LI - if we stay, i'll be at the same school i am at now - i love it there. hopefully have 1 kid, with a 2nd on the way

heeeyyyyy ... that was MY answer!!! except i dont know about that 'second one on the way' business. lol. that baby morphing thing i posted is only the first child. who knows what will happen with the second one

well with the way our house hunt is going now, its gonna take us 5 years to find a house!!!!
but seriously, i hope to be a supervisor/manager at my job, and just living life with FH. maybe have done some traveling and just starting to prepare to have a child.

In 5 years I wanna be out of Long Island...maybe somewhere upstate or in New England that's not so crowded. We'll probably have one or two kids two-three years after the wedding. I also wanna be teaching in a local school district whereever we live and not for the city

we will definately have our child and probably be living in the same place (if we but something when we get married) Hopefully FH will be in the electrical union so i will not have to be working.
