Thanks again, ReadyToBeAMrs for making me BOTW!

For my first question I have to ask about the little ones in your wedding...Ring Bearer and/or Flower Girls! Do you have one? How old are they? How will they get down the aisle? Aside from these special kids, are you allowing children at your wedding?

This is on my mind because my sister is currently 36 weeks pregnant with my future ring bearer! He will be 6 months old, so of course I don't expect him to do anything but look cute and steal the show. I have asked his dad, my brother in law, to be my 'Baby bearer' as I lovingly refer to him. He will be FH's 5th groomsman, but he does not have a bridesmaid, only his son. So he will carry the baby when he walks my mom down the aisle, drop him off with her, and pick him up on his way back down the aisle. I am so excited for my nephew to arrive and so thankful he will get to be a part of my wedding!

As far as the rest of the wedding, I have said no children. It is simply because there would be way too many and I can't see spending thousands for a couple of picked over plates of chicken fingers. If the kids were super close to me I would think twice, but they are all mostly cousins children.

FH's niece (who's 5) and nephew (who's 6) will be our FG and RB. They're going to be walking down the isle together, what they'll be holding is still up in the air (I can just seem them fighting over this lol).

They will not be attending the reception, nor will any other kid. After much consideration, FH and I have decided to have an adult only reception.

My ring bearer is my best friend and MOH's 11 year old son. He is super excited to be a ring bearer. My Matron of Honor's daughter will be 2 months shy of her 2nd bday - we're really hoping she'll be able to make it down the aisle. I'm hoping my god daughter can make it down from Rochester to be a part of the wedding. Besides them, it is an adults only event.

we are having two flower girls - both are my cousins (one is my goddaughter). they will be 8 and 6 at my wedding.

i'm having them wear flower crowns and (by their request) poufy princess SPARKLY dresses. they will carry mini bouquets and i'm going to order one of those 'last chance to run' signs for them to carry down the aisle.

My flower girl is my goddaughter. She will be 5 1/2 and is super excited about throwing petals down the aisle. We don't have any little boys in the family, so no ring bearer.
