1) 4 bedrooms, 3 baths; 2) fireplace; 3) garage; 4) Dining Room; 5) backyard a decent size....someday!!!!

1) Easy access to public transit
2) Dining Room
3) 2 bedrooms (one as spare room for study etc)
3) backyard
4) kitchen with decent counter space or island
5) Hardwood floors

I had to pick 6:

?1. large kitchen
2. finished basement
3. 4 bedrooms (unless #2 is large enough to create a home office and not take away from the basement
4. garage
5. decent size yard
6. 2 bathrooms

1. 4 bedrooms
2. good school district
3. decent size back yard
4. nice neighborhood
5. convenient location

I figure if all the elements are there about the neighborhood, fh can upgrade the house as we'd like.
