Hope everyone is enjoying the snow & is cozy at home, safe & sound ..I'm taking a break from wrapping & baking all day & figured I'd post the next QOTD!
What kind of wedding cake will you choose?
We probably will just stick with the basic of what they offer , vanilla & or chocolate because don't want to have to pay more for an upgrade. But, if I could have any cake I wanted, I would choose RED VELVET!! OMG my absolute fav!

FH and I agree 100% on a Red Velvet cake!!! So yummy. I also wanted to do a layer in chocalate also!!!

My cake is going to be the main one under the 'cake section' of my profile.. red rose petals and all.
the fillings will alternate between cappuccino and cookies n cream.

mmmm I'm not sure! I want to stay within the range of what the RH offers. I don't want to pay any extra, but I want exciting flavors, so I hope something cool is included. Our BM seemed to say that great things are included, but the one flavor she mentioned really doesn't excite me that much, so we'll have to see. I def do not want fondant bc while it looks pretty, I hate the way it tastes. If only basic flavors are included, I'll prob go with vanilla cake and cannoli cream filling - their cannoli cream is out of this world! I had it at the showcase - they ran out of cannoli shells, but the cream was so good, ppl were just eating that off their plates yumm

We are doing wedding cupcakes. We will have a top tier so we can do the cake cutting but everyone else is getting a cupcake. Not sure about the flavors though - haven't thought too much about it. But I am thinking half will be red velvet and the other something with peanut butter since that is FH fav flavor.

The cake really wasn't that important to us since we went with the Viennesse hour. We figured with all the goodies in Viennesse, no one will really care about what kind of cake we have. So we are going with the choices that JT provides us from Dortinis (who has amzingly beautiful and delicious cakes anyway). I'm just excited about the chocolate fountain!!! woohooo lol

I definitely would love like devil's food chocolate cake with some kind fo cannoli or buttercream filling. I'm not a big fan of fruit fillings (I just never like them for some reason).

we probably want something on the smaller side since we also have other desserts and probably red velvet or vanilla.. dunno wat fillings yet but audreys is our bakery and they are AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG
