HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!

My four year anniversary is coming up soon.. (December 13th) and for that reason i LOVE this time of year.. it always reminds me of when FH and i started dating..

QOTD: what things/feelings remind you of when you and your FH started dating?

1. the movie The Replacements - we watched in on one of our first dates
2. the christmas tree in nyc
3. the whole feeling of christmas (he took me to the city to see the tree/macys wondows etc on our first official date)
4. chicken francaise.. lol.. its his favorite and he ordered in at a nice italian restaurant we went to on our first city date and i told him it was boring lol we still joke about it...

1-September lol since thats when we 1st startd dating
2-the san genarro feast in little italy since thats where our 1st date was
3-this pool hall in the village .. we played pool after the feast n i beat him lol...

1. Blink 182 (Take off your pants and jacket), we bought this cd on our first date
2. the hamptons, we first met there
3. chicken ceaser salad, i only ate this on our first couple of dates.
4. the boardwalk at jones beach, we always take walks there.

1. Fourth of July, we met on July 3rd at the track and they had the fireworks that night

2. summertime, thats when we first starting seeing each other

3. walks on Jones Beach Boardwalk-we could never think of what to do, so we would always just walk on the boardwalk

QOTD: what things/feelings remind you of when you and your FH started dating?

Our first date was at the Outback - so anytime we go there I am automatically reminded of that.

After the date we were kissing - honest, just kissing in the front seat of his car, and the shopping plaza security guy came by in his little cart and told us the parking lot was closed and we had to leave. So anytime we see an old guy driving one of those little security carts we laugh - we don't even have to say it, we just laugh together.

On our 5th date, there was this big lightning storm so we tried to go to Jones beach to see it. We were sitting in the car having a cigarette and security came by and kicked us out again. Seems to be a pattern with us...

Wow - i haven't thought about our first date in a while. Just thinking about it makes me smile

On our third date he cut his foot open on a carpet tack. So he's a big klutz and anything I have to attend to a wound of this (about once a month), I remember trying to make him hold his foot over the tub while I poured betadyne on it and tried to put and bandaid on it.

Our two year anniversary is 12/17! Whoo!

Ruby Tuesdays we went to dinner there on our first date and then to a movie (The Holiday) but now ... neither of us like Ruby Tuesday.

We're also fans of the Jones Beach boardwalk. We didn't get a chance to go a lot this summer and I missed it.

College football and wings remind me of him... he's such a big fan of both!

1. Snow (it was all over the ground when we started dating and he is my snowa!!)

2. Hotel's (we really became super close a few days before we started dating at a student government retreat in a hotel)

3. Alarm clocks (long story short, at the above mentioned hotel I stupidly gave him my key to wake me up in the morning and he came running in jumping up and down on my bed to wake me up!! he was my alarm clock that day)

4. Beach lifeguard tower (we only went once at night to the beach and sat on the stand, watched the waves...but at that moment I KNEW that i was going to be with him the rest of my life...it was like time stood still when we were there)

5. Chili's (its the first place we went out to eat together and I remember being so nervous about being around him and not knowing how to act...We were with a group of about 25 other people and I was TERRIFIED)

6. Vacum's (dont ask...I remember the first time I was at his house and he was cleaning his room and i sat on his bed so awkward and uncomfortable and he was just going about his business vacuming his room)

Going back to our college for our old dramatic societies play...(he asked me out the night b4 opening night)
Crossbay diner was the first place i realized he was interested in being more then friends

1. the front steps of my parents house (where we first officially met)

2. the front room of our apartment (thats where my computer was when we asked me to prom) (we currently store coats in there so whenever i go in to get a coat out i remember him asking me to go to prom with him)

3. a piece of paper with his phone number on it (its still on the calkboard in my old room at my parents house)

Cinnabons- he was eating that the day we exchanged numbers

H&M- he went with me there so i could use my giftcard after the holidays. I bought panties..lol, he was OPEN!

R.kelly TP2 album- 1st track..Need I say more!!! lol

Corona Park- Lots of talking & getting to know each other there.

Wow this is a hard question....we went to chili's on our first date...so the grilled chicken cesear pita i order cuz it was messy and i was so afraid i'd get it all over myself and look like a slob.
oh and the hooter's parking lot (long story- dont ask)
and his old truck he used to have i guess.

Italian ice - we would sneak out of work at lunch time and get pistachio Italian ice.

Forgot to add the first 50 album had just come out. So whenever I hear the songs from that album I remember when we first met.

on Jackie and my 2 year anniversary (march 23rd... or 3-23)... i came up with 323 memories that we have shared. obviously i'm not gonna list those here... but i can name a couple that i think of when we first began dating....

1. the movie 'waiting'
2. a text message saying pick a date
3. sliding my cell phone across the diner table, demanding her number (then her sliding it right back to me without giving it)

i have to edit because i just read the post again and saw it says when you first started dating oops....ok revision..

I'd have to say going into the city reminds me a lot of our relationship, from the beginning of it til now. That was always a big thing for us to go on dates to comedy clubs, shows, and restaurants/bars in the city.

Being in the car - cuz we are always driving somewhere together and traveling together on vacation.

Going to the diner lol, every weekend when we first started dating, i'd meet him after he got off work at midnight and we'd drink or smoke up and spend the night eating pancakes at the diner hahhaa.

Sometimes when we go to bed I think about when we lived together for over a year in his shoebox of a dorm room at Hofstra lol. Reminds me of the early days that were so much fun.

Pizza Hut b/c I had a boyfriend when I worked there but he could come there after I got off work to see me

McDonalds b/c that is where we met but we hatedddd each other haha
