My family's rainbow cookie recipe, but my mom makes it the best. She uses almond filling for in between the layers. It's my weakness in life.

I just love me a traditional chocolate chip cookie around the holidays. Nothing is better.

as for a recipe, I hate cheesecake but from what everyone tells me I make the best no-bake cheesecake.
Heres the recipe:

1 container cool whip
8oz sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
8oz package of Philadelphia cream cheese
splash vanilla
graham cracker crust

combine all the ingredients in bowl and transfer to pie crust. i usually let the cream cheese soften before i mix it all together. its much easier that way. Ive also made this with chocolate cool whip and chocolate chips and everyone said that was really good too.

My mom always makes amazing thumbprint cookies...I love how moist they are!
