Is there anything you feel 'pressured' to do for the wedding to appease someone else?? For me, I have been very fortunate, no pressure from any one. But I was just wondering about y'all...

Unfortunately - EVERYTHING for me!
I'm doing everything the traditional/cultural way because thats how my parents want it (they're paying for the wedding).

invite people I don't know and invite people's children

Re: QOTD 2/23/06
My FH Aunt and Uncle have decided they want to host the rehearsal dinner. My FH and I were supposed to have it. Not to sound ungrateful, but I would rather just do it. They can be a PITA to deal with.

There are a few people who are being 'forced' to invite that we don't want to, and some kids who have to be invited that we don't really want to. Otherwise, my mom is trying to pressure me into having a priest or something, but I said no way.
