QOTD 3-12-14

Happy to see the boards are finally working properly.. its been killing me the past few days (if you can tell Ive become a lil obsessive with checking it).

So this has inspired my QOTD, what part of your wedding have you become obsessed with during the planning process?

I feel mine is the DIY, decor ideas. Now that all my major vendors are picked ive been obsessed with finding things I can make to decorate the hall to either A. make it more personal or B. save some money. Ive been checking pinterest, etsy, crafting websites, etc.
Now Ive bought some items but havent physically done any of them but I cant wait. Just waiting to coordinate with my mother (as she is the crafting queen in the family)...

I think I have become obsessed with the looking up ideas on the internet. Pinterest, Etsy etc.......and of course I'm pretty obsessed with LI Weddings lol

I was obsessed with finding a great photographer and florist. After that was done, I turned my attention to Etsy. I actually was buying things I didn't necessarily need I was so hooked lol

Right now I'm obsessed with deciding what to get my BMs as gifts. Every few weeks it's something else. I pretty much live on etsy when I'm not on this site. haha.

Is it weird I didn't obsess over anything? I was so dead set against having a big wedding that I feel like I didn't really care about anything to the point of obsession. All I care about is that everyone eats well and has a good time.

I'm weird, I know. I actually want the day to fly by so we can be on our honeymoon already!

Biggest addiction I have to say is Pinterest! I have so many diy projects saved, it's getting out of control LOL

I'd say the little details like what type of place card holders to get ans other personal touches. I also started doing a lot more research on my honeymoon

I love etsy, pinterest, and offbeat bride! I am in the process of making ribbon flowers for wedding decor because I refuse to pay for flowers for a wedding on Mother's Day!
