Thank you MelLynn for making me BOTW. I'm sorry I'm off to a bad start. I stayed in the city yesterday for the parade and the mobile site doesn't let me create new posts.

Ok so my first question is about shoes! I just bought my wedding shoes and I got them in a really fun light blue color. Is anyone doing something unique like custom converse or fun designs/colors? Or having the bridal party in something different?

I got sparkly kate spade shoes :) they're in one of my albums i think.. my girls are just wearing silver shoes, and because there are 8 of them i told them to get whatever they want. figured it would be too hard to get everyone to pick the same one! lol

I'm obsessed with both pairs of my wedding shoes! The first are gorgeous Stuart Weitzman heels and my reception shoes are sparkly converse.

I have been thinking of doing a blue shoe but it doesn't really go with my colors so I think I am going with a pair of Badgley Mischka shoes that I am loving I just need to actually try them on lol.

We're doing the converse thing! We're buying them for the entire bridal party as their gift. We're making custom ones so they'll all be personal for each person! Everyone is excited about it!

They are super comfortable! My bridesmaids were told to wear whatever black shoes they liked.

For the reception, I am going to have a back up pair of shoes, Lindsay Philips Switchflops. Love her flip flops and they're so easy to wear again, just buy a different strap!

I can't do heels. Much to my FMIL's dismay, I refused to suck it up and wear them. I didn't want to be in pain on my wedding or worry about bringing another pair of shoes. So since I'm getting married in the spring, I bought floral print flats. Honestly, no one really sees your shoes so I didn't go nuts.

I'm still trying to figure out what i will wear- I have been thinking about those really high heals with the bling diamonds all over it. I see them all over instagram. Then maybe some blinged out converses to change into.
