How long were you and FH together before the first 'I love you' was said and who said it????
We were only together 'officially' for about a month and then FH said it. I kinda freaked out and I think he saw the look of fear on my face . He quickly said to me 'you don't have to say anything, I just wanted you to know that.' About a week later, I finally said it back

we were 'officially' together for 4 months (dating for 7) when my FH said it first.. I was thinking it for weeks but was too chicken to say it first! lol

We had been talking online for a month and a half before he came here to meet me for the first time...after the first 3 days I really wanted to say it but I wanted to be sure we were compatible in person first.
So we'd been physically together for like 3 hours when he leans down and whispers 'I love you' in my ear and I said it back and it was WONDERFUL!

oh my it was early into the relationship like a month or two..he whispered it to me cuz he thought i was sleeping but i heard him lol then he said it shortly after to me..while i was awake lol

Well is it a funny story.....
We began dated in July 2006....
Dec 31st 2006....(our first NYE) FH and I wanted to celebrate new year's with our families. Since he does not like to drive on New Year's, coz he had two accidents occur on New Year's Eve, we both decided that we would spend it apart. He lives in the Bronx and I live in Nassau. So I thought no biggie...
I was hanging out with my family comfy in my Pj's with a pint of ice cream, when I get a phone call at 9 pm from FH. He said to me honey, I don't know what we need to do, but i am sitting here wondering why am I without my baby.....
He said get dressed I am driving over to pick you up. So he came to pick me up and we headed back to his parent's house. We are in the car talking about he decided to do this, and he said honey i was sitting there seeing all my family and friends with their significant other and I didn't have you by my side. At that moment I realized that I Love You!!
That totally melted my heart so i told him I love you too!!

Joe and I were in love from day 1, but he said it first two months in. Before that, we would just say 'Kudos!' when we hung up with eachother b/c we needed a space filler! haha

On our second date, I fell asleep and FH 'wrote it' with his finger on my hand. I felt it and was like oh my god.
Then about a week later he called me from Florida (it was like the day after Christmas) and told me. He said that he knew it was soon and that I didn't have to say it back, but he felt it and wanted to say it. I said thanks. Because I'm dumb.
The next day we saw each other and I said it back.
To annoy me, for years afterwards when I said 'I love you,' even in casual conversation, FH would say 'thanks'

Like 3 weeks, it was super early, nothing about the progression of our relationship was at a normal pace lol.

\ LOL its okay...we met may 21, first date may 24, 2nd date may 27, went to a party june 3, another party june 10 (so thats like not even 3 weeks after meeting) and at that party i said it to FH!
i went up (drunk but i meant it) and whispered 'I love you' in his ear, and ran away LOL i was afraid he'd freak out...
when we got back to his friends house after the party....he told me he loved me too and then we had sex!!! LOL

He said it when he was drunk on St. Patrick's Day in 2006 lol. We were best friends and I was in a relationship with one of his friends, so it wasn't very smart. I finally said it back 9 months later, and then we became officially boyfriend & girlfriend about 2 weeks after that.

fh said it first. It was a month into the relationship. I knew from the moment i met him he was it the one and only for the rest of my life but I didnt want to say I love you first. He called me random out of the blue at work and goes I cant wait to see you to tell you ..... I LOVE YOU

Awwww... FH and I were together for a lil over two months when he told me ON CHRISTMAS that he was in love with me. I felt the same way and immediately kissed him and told him how much I loved him too.
