Well today looks like it will be a gray and rainy day.....a good day to curl up in bed and watch movies. I hope everyone enjoys it with their sweethearts....
Okay that being said.....today's question will revolve around FH and you......
Besides the night you got engaged, what has been a memorable/funniest moments you have experienced with your FH?
For me, besides the night he told me he loved me....I would have to say the most memorable moments I have had with FH was when we went to Las Vegas for the first time as a couple. We went to a comedy magician show, went to a shooting range, ate at as many restaurants as we could,and gambled our butts off. We also had made plans to go to the pool, go to every roller coaster ride, and do a gondola ride at the Venetian. Needless to say our love for gambling and sleeping in late ruined those plans, and oh not to mention that a wind storm picked up in the middle of our vacation, which limited us to what we could do. FH told me last night I don't care how but we are going to Vegas this year and I swear I am going to take that gondola ride!!
He is like I need to get out of NY!!!

i think it was probably before we even really started dating....
On valentines day he came to my hose at 5 am (it had just snowed a lot) and he stuck roses along the shoveled path to my doors and decorated the rest of the lawn with chocolated boxes, stuffed animals etc, and a big huge bow with flowers at the doors.... i walked out to go to work and was like whhaaaaatt the heeeellll is going on? i think all my neighbors were outside watching me lolololol
needless to say we started dating after that hahahaaaa

For the first 4 years of us dating FH was down in Daytona Beach for college. I think going down to visit him for weekends and weeks are some of our most memorable.

So I have to preface this by saying that FH was engaged once before when he was younger...they had really rushed into it and ended up breaking up. When we started dating he still had the engagement set (w/wedding band) from when he proposed to her. When I was out visiting one weekend I think he decided that enough was enough, and he was wanting to seriously be with me, so why did he still have this ring set?
So we went to the jeweler and sold the set (I also got measured that day so he could know my size) and we took the money and went out to an AMAZING almost $100pp dinner at Flemmings (which is this AMAZING steak place. The butter they bring for the bread is shaped in an F!)
He was an incredible gentleman the whole night and I really think its one of the times where I fell in love with him all over again.

I just aksed my FH this question b/c I thought it was a good idea and he said 'nothing' humph!!!
I however think it was a Halloween while we were in college (before we were dating). We were both dressed as Vampires and I was walking up the stairs in front of him. He decided to pinch my butt and I stopped in the middle of the stairwell, turned around, and smacked him across the face.

I think it was our drive down to South Carolina to visit some of his family. We thought we were gonna want to kill each other spending 10+ hours in the car together but we didn't. We had so much fun playing road trip games, listening to music and just talking about random things. Then when we got the the whole trip was fun. His uncle lives on the beach in S.C. in a big fun house and the whole family and I were able to really get to know each other and enjoy ourselves.

Wow, with 9+ years worth of history together, this is a hard one......
Our second date. FH picked me up and we went out to an Italian restaurant. Already we were arguing in the car about who was going to pay. He parks the car and I'm yelling 'I'm getting out of here!' He looks at me and says 'go ahead.'
He gets out of the car and I'm trying to open the passenger door, but can't. All of a sudden, I look out the window, and there he is standing over the passenger side watching me. I was absolutely terrified. He opens the door from the outside and says 'So how do you like my date rape device????'
Apparently the night before, he and his friend were trying to fix the broken window on the passenger side. Well in the midst of fixing the window, they broke the door, and you could no longer open the passenger door from the inside.
So that was only our SECOND date. Can you even imagine what the past 9 years have been like??????

It's too hard to pick but i'd say all of our ski trips to VT have been really memorable and our trip to SC was awesome too. Our first New Year's together was really special too.

We've had plenty of funny moments..most of them have to do with me being a ditz. (For example, once when we were driving there was a sign that said 'Do not enter: violaters will be prosectued' I thought it said 'Executed' I was hysterical for a good 10 mins...he thought I was crazy. It still makes me a crack up.
And he loves bringing up every time I was a ditz...'remember the time you _______________' We seem to have alot of those moments!

i would have to say our first vacation. we went to florida. we were only dating about 4 months. so it was nice to relax and get to know eachother better.

hmm.. we try and have 'lazy sundays' where the only reason we leave the house is to get brunch then just lay in bed all day.. all the lil trips we've been on have been memorable.. boston, snowboarding etc. any alone time is memorable!! (we both still live at home!)

Aw, I like reading these guys!
The night he said I love you...he really doesnt drink too much but we went to BBQs in the city and they give amazzzzing huge frozen drinks that get you messed up with like a 1/4 down...anyway, we got totally waisted and of couse that was the night, while he was sitting on a fire hydrant and hugging me that he said 'I love you' Next day he goes...ah , yeah , so I really do. aww, he was embarasssedd. That night when we came from Queens to pick up our car at the LIRR, we decided to sober up with water, coffe and close our eyes for a couple of moments...Welll, we both fell asleep with the windows wide open until 6am in the morning!
Another memorable one gotta be our first 'official' date when we also had our first kiss...DONT ASK WHYYY, but I decided to slip my gum into his mouth!! can you believe me?? Did i think this was sexy? Well, needless to say, he just gave it back in my mouth and then we both cracked up - he must of thought what a weirddooo

My most memorable was our first trip together. We went to New Orleans about 4 months after we started dating. Up to that point it was the most wonderful 4 days of my life. We had a nice romantice dinner cruise on a riverboat, went down Bourban Street and had the most beautiful suite. Hit the casino and won $600 playing a machine together with FH. It was just a great 4 days!!!

After 5 1/2 yrs there are so many things... especially since we travel alot...and are vey active when we do travel. So besides the first I Love you exchange on Christmas Day...it would be our first trip together...Ski wknd in the Berkshires. It was 18 degrees out, we're sitting in a hot tub (outside) in bathing suits, sipping wine watching the skiers fly down the slopes, relaxing and enjoying life. We've had more memorable trips since then...hot air ballooning, hiking the grand canyon, and Yosemite...waching a coyote pose for us on the road and scaring a bear in Lake Tahoe. Or him sneaking up on an Elk to snap a picture for me. Us feeding BIG cats in Tampa was scary and cool. Me trying to snap a pic of a roadrunner in Sedona (too fast), and us getting up close and personal with wolves in CO. That was one of my faves. I am adding these pics to a photo montage....
