my question today is what are you looking forward to after the wedding? could be the honeymoon, buying a home whatever it is for you.
We are both looking forward to starting a family most of all but also just having the same last name as my husband. Its a sense of family I didn't have a very close family so these are the things I'm looking forward to most.

I am def looking forward to the honeymoon in Antigua soooooo much. We have been on trips to Vegas, skiing, California but never to an all inclusive resort. I can't wait for it to be just the two of us relaxing in the sun drinking margaritas as husband and wife

I am so looking forward to relaxing for two full weeks in hawaii! It will be much needed after the wedding. I'm also looking forward to just living as a married couple and going on vacations again! we have been saving for this wedding for what seems like forever, it will be nice to splurge a little on us again. We aren't ready for a baby just yet, maybe in a couple years. We'd love to own a home first :)

I'm looking forward to RELAXING lol... we are closing on our house in like two weeks and the wedding is in a month and a half so it's a little nuts around here lately... so I can't wait to just literally have nothing to do but relax all summer long- I am excited for our honeymoon though too of course. It will be really nice to be able to get away from the craziness in NY after the wedding :)

I'm always in awe of people who close on their house right before the wedding bc our closing was so crazy!!!! I cant imagine doing both so close but i'll tell you this... the first time the door closes and everything is yours and even if there are boxes everywhere its so incredible! congrats

I'd have to agree with your answer. We are most looking forward to having the same last name and being family. We are also really looking forward to having kids

I am honestly looking foward to everything after the wedding! Lol the honeymoon, living as husband and wife and starting a family. I think that it's such an amazing step to taking and as stressful as wedding planning can be, you get such a great prize that lasts (hopefully) a lifetime!
This question makes me so excited!! First and foremost, I cannot freaking wait for our honeymoon!! We actually just adjusted our flights yesterday so we'll get to arrive in Grenada much earlier than we first anticipated and it has me SO fired up for that trip! Then I'm excited to sell our home and buy a new house that will hopefully be the home we raise a family in. Cannot wait to begin all these amazing things!!

I think i pretty much agreed with everyone's answer LOL. We aren't leaving for our honeymoon until late July so there is something to look forward to after the craziness dies down.
But I can't wait to have my life back and have TIME. Just time to do nothing since i dont remember the last time I wasn't doing something wedding related. we are in contract with our house now (just signed last week) and plan to close in late June. Then renovations. Then moving. The honeymoon will be WELL DESERVED.
but then the fun part comes where we will try to have a baby. I am an older bride so we are hoping it happens sooner rather than later!

FH and I already have baby fever and we're not even married yet !! So we are most looking forward to starting a family. The whole joke with his family is that we're looking to officially make the announcement this Christmas that we're pregnant (which would be at the 3 month mark). However it is now joke :)

I can't wait for the honeymoon! We haven't decided where to go yet, and unfortunately we can't take off from work so we have to wait a little bit, but we've only been on 1 vacation together so I'm looking forward to being away!
Another thing I'm looking forward too is all the wedding drama and nonsense to be over! I'm so sick of silly little arguments with FH or family over silly little things that don't even matter! I am looking forward to just being his wife!

We're doing the frustrating task of house hunting at the moment. We were planning on renting, but our families talked us into just buying. House hunting has to be the most stressful task for us at the moment, so I'm most looking forward to our honeymoon in Europe, especially Santorini, which was my dream vacation. We've both traveled to a lot of tropical island places, so this will be a nice change for us. We're not doing the typical touristy things though bc we want to be able to relax, so we mostly planned food and wine tours throughout Greece/Rome, and enjoy the Greek Islands.

Definitely the relaxation. By the time the wedding came, I was ready for it to be over and to just have some alone time with FH. At first, I wasn't thrilled with the fact that we were waiting almost a month for our honeymoon but now I'm glad we did! FH and I didn't live together before the wedding and I think that if we went away right after, I would have been to anxious to come home and finish setting up our place Now we're pretty much settled and we can't wait to go away!
