Where did your FH propose and did that place have a special meaning to you?
My FH proposed on Bow Bridge in Central Park. There was no special meaning except for that for the past 8 years I have been telling him that I have never been to Central Park and I really wanted to go. He took me there and it was so gorgeous!! He even had a stranger take pictures of him proposing!

FH proposed while we were skiing in Vermont with my parents. We were at killington and there is a restaurant on the mountain called the Yurt that you can't drive to, they bring you up on a big sled. When we got off the sled he got down on one knee in the trail while everyone else was walking into the restaurant. It was the perfect place for him to do it because we love skiing and it was a very romantic setting. Plus we have a great place to go back to and celebrate every year!

My FH proposed in Macy's Herald Square... We actually just went to look at rings and the first one I put on fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted and on a whim he just looked at the salesman and said.. 'We'll take it!' I was shocked! He actually proposed again later that day down by the water after we got home... but was still pretty memorable.

We were on a family vacation in Casey Key, FL. We were sharing a hotel suite with my sister and her boyfriend and my brother. One of the nights he pulled out a bottle of wine and said let's take a walk on the beach and have some alone time since we've been surrounded by the kids the whole time. So we went and walked down the beach and Sat in a gazebo on the beach and he proposed.

I was born in Las Vegas, but hadn't been back there since I was 2. My fiance' took me on a 'tour' of my life and there was a playground at my brother's old elementary school, right around the corner from the first house I ever lived in. He proposed on the playground!

FH proposed in a pumpkin patch. We knew we would get married eventually since I was 6 months preggo but I had no idea that he was going to do it then. He actually got down on one knee and I yelled at him that he was going to ruin his pants in the dirt.

My FH proposed to me on the balcony of our stateroom on a cruise we went on during dinner. It was so cute! We are cruisers, so I guess that's special? Not really, but you would guess that he and I would get engaged on a cruise lol

FH proposed to me on stage during a rehearsal for a show we were doing. He's not an actor and was filing in for the guy who usually plays the role of my bf... Long story short, he changed the lines around and of course added a few and asked me to be his 'wife'... It was amazing and took a lot for him to stand up on that stage, come out of his comfort zone and give me my dream proposal!

FH told me he 'couldn't wait' after the fact. I was making him dinner at home and right in the middle he's like 'can you just turn around a second' he was down on one knee in the middle of my kitchen floor, it was cute

FH proposed at home 3 days before we left for Disney (our fav place) and 5 days before my 30th bday. It was so sweet and a great private moment. He was going to do it in disney but my dad who works for TSA mad him nervous to go to the airport with the ring. BTW 5 min after I had my ring I told FH 'Now I can relax in disney and not worry about getting a ring' lol

I got a kitchen floor proposal, too!!! FH's plan was actually to do it the following week, on his birthday, but I found out and his plans were foiled. His options were limited at that point, but I came home from work to find candles everywhere and he just got down on one knee and asked.
My favorite part of the story is a little while after, we drove to my parents house to tell them. They'd had a busy day and I found them eating Wendy's (they NEVER eat fast food). I held up the ring, my mom hugged me and then yelled 'If I knew you were coming, I'd have gotten Wendy's for everyone!' We haven't let her live this down- I'm considering having a late night snack of Wendy's at the wedding so she can really have Wendy's for everyone!
