Hey ladies!!!


Sorry I haven't been able to get on sooner, but today has been a crazy day!!!

We had a bridal shower and a communion to go to!!

And of course we over slept and woke up at 11:30!! When we had to be at the shower for 12:00!!

I never oversleep like that!! But I was having a dream about a friend of mine who passed away in January. I think it was a 'visit'.

So my random NWR question for today is....

Do you believe in ghosts/spirits? Have you ever experienced something paranormal? Do you think when you dream about the deceased it is their way of contacting you?

I believe that when you dream about someone who is passed it is most likely a visit. I had a dream about my dad a while ago ( he passed when I was six), he was at my engagement party dressed in his wedding tux (powder blue tux with ruffles, it was 1970), He looked just like how he looked in his wedding picture. I knew that he was 'dead' in the dream, but he had came back for my e party. So I was introducing him to FH and some other important people in my life that he never got to meet. We were dancing, and I asked him if he would be at my wedding.

He said 'I will be there, but I will not be there, like I am today, but I will be there.'

I still get chills thinking about that dream... if that wasn't a visit.. then I don't know what is!!

Last night's dream wasn't so 'profound', my friend died from a seizure and it was alcohol related. In the dream, he was back and it was known he had a seizure, but he didn't die. And I was doing all this crazy stuff to keep him around.

I don't mean to be morbid for my first QOTD, but after my dad's dream I had this overwhelming feeling of piece. I found it to be very comforting.

I absolutely do believe in spirits. I have had two separate yet completely 'real' experiences with my two grandmothers coming to 'visit.' One was my mother's father when I was going through a really bad period after a rough breakup. She sat down on my bed and was petting my head like when I was a little girl and telling me that everything would be ok.

The seond was with my mother's mother. My mom was going through a very stressful period at work, and we were all kind of worried about her. I dreamt that my grandma came to my apartment and was helping me fold my laundry (she used to love to fold laundry). I kept asking her if she wanted me to drive her over to see my mom and that telling her that my mom would be so happy to see her. She said she didn't want to see my mom, but I needed to tell her that I saw her and that she was making sure everything was ok with her. I kept asking my grandmother to go visit my mother and she said she couldn't because she had too much work to do for her......turns out 2 days later my mom's job situation improved dramatically!
