I am trying to dispel the negativity that I am feeling towards a few family members so I am going to look at the positives this morning. Who has been the most supportive and helpful during your planning process? Is there anyone who has surprised you?

Besides my FH (I totally thought we were going to fight tooth and nail on decisions), I would have to say my parents. My mom loves talking about anything wedding and her and my sister (they live together) watch wedding shows and talk about ideas for my wedding. it is weird bc none of us are the 'watching wedding shows type.' and my dad. He literally has a countdown on his phone of the days to our wedding. When I saw that i almost burst into tears of happiness.

I have a couple of people. First, I am super happy with how FH has been in the process. Although I am STILL waiting for his list, he has been so great with everything else. I was BLOWN AWAY this weekend when he was suggesting shots to the photog during our engagement shoot. This coming from the boy who wasn't looking forward to it at all, or so he said!
My MoH has been so great too. She has been supportive and on the ball with everything so far. I know I am really early on in the process but it feels great knowing I am surrounded by some pretty great people.
One surprise was when 2 of my aunts told me they want to pay for my veil and gave me checks that should MORE than cover it. I was so overwhelmed by the sentiment and generosity they showed me.

Definitely my sister and MOH. I love all of her support annd ideas. And my godmother! She offered to pay for my dress and set up my centerpieces for me!

i think my mom is more excited than I am about this wedding So far everyone has been good... FMIL has made it a little stressful with her RED dress request.. but overall not bad yet
although its so far out still I have a looooong way to go to change it

Everyone has been amazing. My FH, parents, FHs parents, and my friends have been so helpful and supportive. It's been a really pleasant experience so far. Person that has surprised me the most is probably my dad. He's just a really laid back guy and doesn't get overly excited about anything, but he has been so great and really enthusiastic about everything!

So far everyone (my mom, both MOH, cousin, family, etc) has been great and very helpful. My little cousin (one of our BMs) who is 17 years old came with me to all my appointments when I was looking for a RH since FH works 7 days a week. She is very opininated and told me exactly how she felt about everywhere we went. She probably surprised me the most because I did not think she would be so helpful and want to be so involved.

One of my BMs has continually blown me away, asking about all the plans and how she can help or if she can organize other people to help. She came to hair & makeup trials, wants to see the venue and is going on her own one day just to get an idea and be able to help me with DIy decor suggestions. She also went out and got ALL of the 14 place settings of everyday china we registered for - which is insane. It wasn't fancy, but it was a lot of crate and barrel stuff so woowwwww. We're very thankful she stepped up in such a huge way!

I'm surprised by everyone! I try hard to not be that 'annoying' bride always talking about it, but most people bring it up around me a lot!

well really mostly everyone in my family and of course my friends have been really there..some people not too much but what you gonna do..my FMIL & FIL have really been great too as always since i met them..they are truly a blessing
