What pet names do you have for your FH? What are some names he calls you? Is there any reason behind these names?

Since we started dating I called FH Bubby or Bubb for short. Now that we're engaged it's become Hubby Bubby or Hubb Bubb. Lol

FH calls me Muchkin. It's funny because I'm 5'9. It started as a joke because everyone always comments on how tall I am, but now it kinda stuck.

lol its kinda weird

He always calls me Peesky-- or pee

b/c I pee alot- especially when I drink (which we met at a bar)

So I started calling him poo

poopee

haha i know its sick but it works

I call him Handsome... because I think he is lol

Honey..

They're pretty generic.

The original ones are

Habibi - my love in arabic
Bubble - because his tummy always makes those sounds like he's about to burp but he doesn't LOL! Not always, but often enough that I notice them haha
Squishy - because he shall be mine!

Angel
and Habibti - my love in arabic but for a girl.

There are a few more but those are the ones that I can remember off the top of my head

He calls me dee, shorty, and pop tart (mainly pet names that involve me being shorter than him lol)

I call him squishy, twizzler and babe lol

I usually call him 'Bingkey Bear', 'Ronaldo', 'Sweetie', 'Honey Bear Sugar Plum'


I think I started with these names cause when we hugged, he felt like a big bear...(He has great shoulders.) I started calling him 'Bingkey Bear' and he was like 'what the h e ll?' but now it has grown on him...

He always calls me 'Angel', 'Sweetie' and 'Cheri'...I love them all....

I call him lovey and when we first started dated he called me his disney princess b.c I was obsessed with them and he says my hair and my face remind him of one.

Now 10 years later we are just into the babes and baby.

Kinda weird, but we call each other munchkin boy/ munchkin girl- this started from us calling our dog munchkin face lol

Good question!

We usually call each other 'boy' and 'girl'.

When we began dating after three years as best friends, he started calling me 'girl' to remind himself that I was, well, a girl, and not just a friend. Because of that, I started calling him 'boy'... and the names stuck. I got him cufflinks monogramed with 'BOY' for Chanukah this year. I gave them jokingly but he wears them constantly... even when he got an award from Bill Clinton! It's also fun to walk into a crowded room and call out 'Boy?!' or 'Girl?!' to find each other.

For him its a lot of babe and honey and Snicklefritz....no idea where this came from other than, I thought that that was the name of the guy at Carvel except its Cookiepuss hahahaha

We call eachother everything in the book. Babe, Honey etc...

However: I call him:
Hububabaloo: which is derrived from hubby. Because everyone calls their other hubby...I made it my own.

Hububafishabaloo - derived from hububabaloo when he worked at a seafood/ bar & grill he stunk like fish.
