QOTD 6/2/13

My last QOTD! Thank you so much for your participation - hope everyone's having a beautiful weekend!

What has been/will be your favorite piece of wedding planning?
I mean this in terms of vendors, DIY, dress-shopping, etc.
Bad Example: 'I love spending time with FH'
Good Example: 'I love picking out flowers!'

I can't wait to start all of my DIY projects. I'm trying to avoid doing too much too soon and leave some work for the end of the summer.

My favorite part so far has been trying on wedding dresses, and booking flowers! I love flowers so much, I wish I could just choose flower arrangements for all different types of weddings. It's so fun, and there's so much room for creativity!

I loved dress shopping and picking our venue! Picking out venue was great because even though we only saw 3 places... FH was so funny pointing out things he didn't like. Like the most RANDOM things ever.

I also loved trying on dresses since now I'm a lot smaller than I used to be and wasn't limited in my choices because the sample size wouldn't fit. I also loved trying on ridiculous dresses and poking fun at myself in these MASSIVE ballgown dresses since thats what I originally wanted as a kid :)

the DIY projects are definitely the best part for me- I loved making the flip flop tags and tying them around the flip flops, I'm having a blast making the pocketfold invites, and now I'm in the process of making little tags to tie in handle of the bubbles for the ceremony :)

Hmmm.. My favorite part? It's probably been collecting wine bottles and corks for the wedding... Idk I kind of love everything

I LOVEDDDDDDDD venue shopping and our engagement shoot! I've also just been having fun organizing and making our guest list because I'm obsessed with lists!

My favorite part has been venue hunting, which we picked only after seeing 1 other but we fell in love right away. Walking through the RH and envisioning us getting married there and it feeling so right for us was an amazing feeling. I would also have to say that picking our wedding bands was great! We had a lot of fun and got to pick some BLING haha. I look forward to putting together the OOT bags as well as my bridal shower & bachelorette party. I basically love everything about planning haha

So far, I've loved coming up with the 'theme' of our wedding and all of the details that will go along with it.
I can't wait for our engagement shoot, because I'm pretty sure that will be our favorite part once we get the pictures back!

Definitely designing my invitations. I love being creative and I love that when people get my invitations it will be my hard work thet are holding.

Venue hunting was definitely my favorite part so far, I loved seeing all the options. I bet once I go dress shopping that will be my favorite.

You did an awesome job with the questions!!

I can't wait to go dress shopping!! It's such a special moment to experience, my gf got married yesterday and her dress was breathtaking..she took a while to find it & it was perfect!! Of corse I teared when I first seen her!! I actually can't wait for flowers either, to finally see the finished look once the day gets closer

I liked looking for venues also, seeing the different options for menus and everything. Also dress shopping was a very pleasant and easy experience... I always considered myself indecisive but so far in this process I have been the opposite. I haven't done much else!
