Good Morning Ladies!

So last night I came home to a beautiful bouquet of flowers from FH. When I asked him what the occasion was, he said 'you were having a bad day and I wanted to cheer you up. You deserve flowers everyday.' It was so sweet, and was definitely what I needed.

I know we all love to brag about our adorable FHs, and as girls we love to read mushy love stories...so, today's QOTD is:

What is the sweetest thing FH has ever done for you?

Most people wouldnt consider it romantic but for me it was b/c it was my dream come true.

Most (if not all) of you now we got engaged at Yankee Stadium. I had mentioned it to FH early on when we started dating that it would be a dream come true but I knew that it was probably impossible to have done.

After he told me alllll that he went through to make it happen - allll he went through to get the ring and allll he went through to ask my parents.

Knowing all of that and making a life long dream come true for me was def the most romantic thing ever!!!!!

It's the little things that FH does that I find the most romantic. Some things I love are..

-He goes out of his way to entertain my little brothers. They are 13, 11 and 10 - some guys I dated would hang out with them for an hour or so and then be like 'OK enough' but not FH. He will come over even when I working to watch sports, play video games or have a catch. I know he will be a great dad!

- He randomly sends me little love texts. He will send me a line from a song or just tell me I'm beautiful or he loves me.

-Whenever he wakes up in the middle of the night he kisses me. I only know this because it usually wakes me up but I never let him know that Also, he never leaves in the morning with out kissing me goodbye.

He created a book about us. I think he designed it through snapfish. It had quotes and pictures. It was like 20 pages of how lucky he is and how much he loves me. It was bound and everything! It was completely unexpected and so perfect that everyone who sees it is amazed at how professional it looks yet is so personalized!

FH knew I was sooo nervous for him to meet my parents. I never brought anyone home and I didn't introduce them to each other for 2 years. I told FH that my parents are really traditional and conservative. FH has a couple of tattoos (that can be hidden) but he also had a piercing in the middle cartilage of his ear.

Without me asking, FH volunteered to take the piercing out for good and I thought it was sooo sweet he'd do that for me because he'd had it for so long. We actually had to cut it off (it was a barbell, not an earing) and he didn't sulk or complain.

He also had a shaved head at the time and when my mom said it made him look mean he grew it out to surprise her the next time he saw her.

That just really made an impression on me because the only thing that stressed me out about our relationship was how my parents would like him and he made that part SOOO much easier for me.

My FH is always doing extremely sweet things. The biggest though, was when he decided to move back to NY to be with me. He passed up a promotion to do it, too. I'm EXTREMELY blessed to have him in my life.

FH and I have been together for 4 years this November...and EVERY SINGLE month on the anniversary of our first meeting, he buys me flowers. He has NEVER missed one in 4 years.

And we have a routine in the morning because he leaves for work first. He always kisses me and says 'Love you' and he makes sure I say it back...then he says 'Olive Juice' to make sure that I'm really paying attention haha

FH is always doing the sweetest things for me!!

*When Im having a bad day or Im upset he always brings me something to cheer me up..

*When I had the flu for almost 2 weeks he stayed with me all night, every night to make sure I was ok, was chekcing my tempertaure, making me soup..etc

*The stuff he says to me sometimes melts my heart

but as of most recent, he wanted a new car so we went looking and I have always LOVED big Dodge trucks LoL (Funny cause Im really tiny haha) but anyway... he knew I loved trucks and he got an awesome dodge ram... Later on we were discussing how my lease for my car was up this august and he said yeah and I got that truck for you to drive!!! So basically come August he bought me a new truck!!

Other than that all I can say is Im a very lucky girl and I love him with all my heart! Can't wait to marry him!!

FH is the King of sweet things.

He'll randomly pick up silly things for me...m&ms or a movie he saw that we talked about.

He'll go shopping with me and actually give input on clothes I like.

He's insane about holidays - my bday, v-day, christmas. He'll get me something really personal. I love nightmare before xmas stuff o he'll look everywhere for something from there, he'll get me tons of stuff for vday and arrange it in the living room so everything is gorgeous and he doesn't stop at flowers and balloons. He gets stuffed animals, pez, paperweights...whatever he thinks is cute and will make me smile.

and he's really concerned about my Dad's health. when he comes over, he makes sure my dad rests and has a drink and that he doesn't over exert himself when we work on the house.

a few weeks ago he brought me home this great card.

he isn't over the top with anything, just sweet small tokens, or texts.


this morning he went off to work, and he thought i was alseep, he came and kissed my forehead anyway :)

I've been very blessed to have such a romantic FH. I've never been with anyone before him that was romantic in any way. Some things that he does in general:
- Sends me flowes for no reason
- Leaves me sticky notes around the house and in my car telling me how much he loves me
-Kisses me goodbye every morning (i'm still in bed) and says he loves me
- Endulges me by doing things with me that I enjoy that he may not with a smile on his face.
-Celebrates the 18th of every month because that is the date that we met.

The most recent thing he did was last Friday the 18th. It was our monthly anniversary and I had a huge event at work that I was organizing. FH told me that when I got home he wanted to take me to dinner. I said sure.

When I got home the house was dark. He met me in the hallway with a kiss and I walked into the kitchen/family room to it all lit up with candles and a yummy pizza on the table. (Our thing is Pizza & Candles) He had taken his whole day off to clean the entire house, do all the laundry and any other chore he could think of that we would normally do on our weekend so that we could spend the weekend relaxing. God I love that man.

FH and I used to be in a long distance relationship and one of the sweetest things he ever did was..(and he did this a few times) ...when we first started dating I didn't have a car and my parents weren't too fond of him staying over my house, so he turned what should have been a 5 hour trip into a 10 hour trip by picking me up and bringing me back to his house, there were a few times he drove 20 hours in a weekend (he had to bring me home too)! He also went a different career track to be closer to me. And everytime i tell him something I want, that i think is really just talk, REALLY far fetched and expensive, he winds up getting it for me. and when i say 'are you serious your really gonna let me get this, why?' he says 'cause I know its gonna make you happy.'

When we first started dating he was having problems with his teeth. He didn't have dental insurance so I told him my dentist is a friend of the family and he would do anything he could to help him with the problem. So FH agreed. Then one day probably a week later I get into the car and he tells me to close my eyes and he pulls out 2 dozen roses for me for no reason other than to thank me for helping him with the dentist and all that

FH cooks for me from Monday-Friday (he gets home first). He's also a fantastic cook. He's awesome!
