What nail color did you/will you use for the day of?

I'm not a nail girl, never have been. I've never had long nails/tips because I'm a musician and play lots of instruments, so I just never really cared. I think I will get a french manicure though because apparently clear polish just won't do!

When I moved to NYC in October of last year I 'discovered' Gel nail/manicure/permanant french.

I have never looked back! the best thing is that the french manicure never 'chips', I dont have yukky white 2 weeks from now.

So french for me!

I had silk wraps for about 2 months before the wedding to grow my nails long and then had a french done for the wedding.

Since then I've had trouble maintaining it (the places in NC are no where near as good as the NY ones) and have discovered glue-on nails. I LOVE them!!! The kind I have on right now look so amazing that people have been commenting on my nails and asking where I've just gotten them done. And they were $5 for a pack of 24 nails and so simple to put on! I wish I'd considered this back when I was interviewing right out of law school because I feel a zillion times more confident now. I know it's silly, but it's so economical too!

I actually had nails, I am a biter. Though they weren't long. I did a pail pail pink to go with the pail pink in my bouquet.

Either pale pink (Essie's Mademoiselle) or french on fingernails, pale pink on toes (afraid french would chip on toes over course of 2 week honeymoon)

for some reason DH HATES french! (Yeah I don't know I love the way they look) but he seriously has some issue! So I was planning on french but NO DICE. . so I got a great neutral color on my nails.. pink/beige and got BLUE on my toes for my something blue. . a nice deep dark blue.. I loved it. .

I did a french manicure on my fingernails...but on my toenails I did a light shiny green that went with the green sash on my dress. My girls also did the green on their toenails too

Chanel Vamp!!!!! Fingers AND toes...my mother totally flipped her shiz, but I wouldn't have any other color. It's just me, and it goes with my ice queen/venetian elegant goth wedding theme LOL.
