Thank you my beautiful date twinny for passing the veil along to me this week..

I'm so excited ! I'm glad i was able to meet so many of the girls this weekend! I'm sure our conversations will be my inspiration for some of the questions!!
I hope I don't repeat a question and please let me know if I do.
I heard a few girls mention (myself included) things they 'had to have' for their wedding.. So my question is what is the one request you absolutely had to fit into your budget? I know some people may have a few.. name them all !!

I 'had' to have two wedding bands. hehe : )
The stupid jeweler made me try on one on top and one on the bottom and i fell madly in love!!! I originally told FH I wanted the second one for our 1 year anniversary and he told me to beat it! Luckily when he saw how it looked, he loved it too and we were able to squeeze it into the budget! WooooHoooo!!!!

I also really wanted some element of live music, but FH insisted on a DJ. We were able to do a mix of both with Bravura, and all worked out!

I HAD to have a RH without those square asbestos ceiling tiles. I put my foot down and wouldn't even look at any halls with them. It was the one thing I was adamant and out of my mind about. I'm weird.

same! I doubt people would notice but I crossed RH's off the list who had them

Too funny!!! See, everyone in my family (and FH's) makes fun of me now because of this tick. When FFIL walked in to HWC he was like 'WOWWWWW LOOK AT THOSE CEILINGS!!!' (making fun of me) and Barbara our BM was like 'Aren't they amazing?!?!' and went on to tell the story about why they made them that way. Meanwhile, he was just making fun of me.

I totally understand! The ceiling at my RH was one of the little things that sold me. I thought it was so pretty and interesting

That IS gorgeous!!!! Good job, girl!

.....i have a alot of HAD TO GETS, none of them individually put me over budget, its all of them together that did

I absolutely had to have:
- a venue that wasn't covered in mirrors
- the option of having the cocktail hour inside and outside

I really wanted:
- chair covers
- a place that is unique and different

I had to have a great photographer and videographer and I really liked proline even though my mom wasn't sure about everything in the package but we were able to compromise with things in the package and I got what I wanted.

Also I wanted my wedding colors to be purple. Originally fh didn't want it but then he said I could have anything I wanted!

- A beachside RH (then fell in love wiht Flowerfield so there went that!)
- Steel drum band (and they are booked!)
- Bright vibrant colors (hot pink and lime green are my colors!)
- pink shoes!
- A RH with one event at a time
- uplighting

FH was dead set on a place on the water one wedding at a time and wouldn't budge. over budget? what's a budget?

I'm so happy someone is excited about mashed potatos like me!! I didn't know mashed potato bars existed until I started checking out venues and decided I must have that station at the CH!!

FH and I had to have a venue with a beach ceremony site. We really wanted to get married on the beach, but we wanted it attached to a venue in case (god forbid) it rains, this way there is a back up location for the ceremony.

I guess this questions was super DUMB because i had to have all of these things too!
IM HAVING MASHED POT BAR AND I LOVE IT!! LOL

One of mine is the same! I had to have 2 wedding bands also! My e ring is weird and the bands have to be specially made so I figured if I have to have a stupid curved band Im getting 2 so it looks really cool... Whats even worse now is I want a third band so I have something to wear when I dont want to wear my e ring.. Originally the guy said it would be a soft curve and I could wear it without it being noticeable but I had the mold made and its like a huge curve lol oh well.. just add a third ring on no biggie lol

Also have to have the afterparty even tho its expensive

Great food with a lot of choices

2 photographers ( had to cancel that idea at least for now) since we liked Patken so much you dont really need 2

i know there are more but i cant think of them right now....

FH and I weren't too picky. I had to have my Converse's for the reception. FH had to have the option of both a beautiful inside and a nice outdoor space. And after seeing a few places that did multiple weddings at a time...we def wanted one wedding at a time.

And though it's not NEEDED...I really want to find a way to do hair extensions. Even just clip ins....I wanna do something fabulous with my hair haha

converse twin! lol, I just love saying that.

i want extensions too.

lol im obsessed w them! ever since I went to NYE at Lombardi's on the sound and had them i've been like yeah..this is a must.

uplighting .... thats about it EXCEPT i really really like these BM dresses and i had my heart set on them but it would be horrible for me to have the girls wear them in january
