Good morning ladies! TGIF!!!!!!!!!! Many of us have been posting about looking for apartments and/or moving to new houses. It's so hard to find what we want in the price range we could afford.

It's not my 'Dream' House/area to live 'per say,' BUT I'd love to live there when we leave our apartment. The area by Bowne park is especially nice. The houses are HUGE!

My dream house would have large rooms. I really want a big kitchen. I would love to have an island and lots of cabinets. I like to have parties so I would love to have a bar in the basement. I would also love to have a room for a closet. I get so jealous when I watch MTV Cribs and I see those closets! I would also like a big backyard. I'm sure FH and I could eventually get these things--just on a smaller scale.

A big victorian style house with 4 or 5 bedrooms and a huge kitchen! Plus a really big yard with an inground pool.

I would want it to be in 'the pit' in Northport overlooking the Sound. 5 bedrooms 3.5 bath Colonial Vic with a HUUUUUUUUGE kitchen, built in pool, gorgeous landscaping... and a wrap around porch

hmmm...
well, all I know is I must have a walk in closet, a porch that surrounds the entire house, and a fireplace.
oh, and a house that has the least amount of work to do besides painting, because let's face it....you want your own color choices. lol.

I kinda have my dream house- Well location anyway. My greenport house by the water only I wish it was a little bigger. Otherwise- its perfect!
