What made you decide on your wedding theme? Was it something that's personal to you, or just something you like?

Our wedding is fall themed. It's my favorite season, and also the season we met, so it's special to us.

came from song that said 'yellow bird' it was a pet name fw called me from time to time
and we liked the colors it came in & the look of the theme.

I am putting the 'All You Need is Love' touch on a lot of DIY items.. FH is a HUGE Beatles fan and it just seemed the most appropriate way to incorporate his likes into the wedding...

That's a great idea! I think it's good to incorporate the theme whenever possible.

I chose to do a tropical type theme based on my colors, coral and teal, and the fact that I wanted steel drums for CH. I haven't gotten to it yet but I want tropical flowers in the centerpieces and I'm thinking of doing different tropical places instead of numbers for the tables.

FH is a die-hard Washington Redskins fan. We're doing burgundy and gold with a few Redskins touches.

Our theme is vintage. My dress is sort of royal vintagy looking and then our hall also has a sort of vintagy look and we took it from there. My colors are navy,gold and ivory.
