I guess I always had a feeling. We had dated briefly in high school, but then stayed friends. We became really close and a summer later we both realized we were in love with each other. So our relationship has been serious from the get go and I guess we both sort of knew we would be together forever after our first (well, our second first lol) kiss.

I would say after 2 years. When we first met I wasn't even interested in being in a relationship or even getting to know him because I was talking to someone but he did not want to commit. So I was not sure where my relationship with FH would end up. Now I can't see my life without him.
I would say a couple months into when we started to get serious is when I knew. For the first year of our relationship we were very casual and weren't really in a relationship, we both kept saying we didn't want a relationship but yet we couldn't let each other go, we were always talking and seeing each other all the time. it was pretty much we were dating but we refused to admit to ourselves we were dating lol. So once we started to get serious it didn't take long after that to know because we had already spent the year becoming really close!
The moment we met we both knew...on our first date he said you know we have a problem because this is going to end in marriage and I said yes I know...that was four years ago and the feelings have only grown. I feel very blessed and extremely lucky!
We had both gotten out of serious long-term relationships a few months before we met. I had had the best single summer of my life and was VERY reluctant to make any commitments, but within a few months i realized how great he is, and how great we were together, and knew that no one else could love me the way he does.

When we got back together he told me he would not survive another heartbreak and that this would be forever. I didn't even hesitate. I always had a feeling, but that's when I knew.
That's a really good question! FH and I have been together for over 6 years so I feel like I have known a long time :) I don't think I woke up one day and knew, and we were young when we started dating (20) so I certainly wasn't looking for a husband then... I think it was a slow build over the years where I realized I just couldn't imagine my life without him! We had been talking about getting engaged for about a year before he proposed
