Hi everyone, Sorry I have pretty much been MIA all week but I have had a super productive week.We booked our hotel block and finally got our Save the dates out! As stressful as it was, I'm so happy we ended up sending them.I finally feel like we are back on track with the planning.
FH also met with Jessica Leigh Paperie and designed our invitations she was so sweet.If you haven't got your invites yet,check her out!
I think choosing our invitations was one of the hardest decisions we had to make so far. There were just so many options. I felt like everyone we knew had a different idea of what we should be doing and how the invite should be worded. In the end, I love what we choose but it was so overwhelming!
So my question is what has been the most challenging decision you had to make so far? Have there been any outside influences that have affected your wedding planning so far??

I completely agree with you on the invites! The first time I looked I was just on a roll with getting a bunch of wedding stuff done that day so my sister and I stopped at an invite shop to look around. We opened two books, looked at each other, and decided we had to leave it was way too overwhelming. I finally think I chose one and I'm so tired of thinking about designs or doing my own programs or whatever that I'm just ordering, my budget isn't happy about it but I'm over it.

Invites will be challenging, I'm sure, but I haven't even really dove into it yet. Bridesmaids dresses was really hard for me. All of my girls are different heights and body types so it was hard to pick one dress that would be flattering on all of them. I also had a hard time with colors. I'm not a planner, I'm more of a 'lets see what happens' kind of person, so wedding planning in general has been a hassle, lol. I know I'll be happy when it's the day and I'll see all my hard work pay off, but in the meantime, I don't love it.

Is it weird that i feel like choosing a hotel was really hard?? lol we couldnt pick and there were so many decisions contingent upon picking a hotel. Now it seems ridiculous that i stressed it. I'm currently stressing favors. Why can't we decide what to do?!

I used Jessica Leigh for my invites as well, which are going out next week! I LOVE them and I don't think you'll be disappointed with her!

I stressed over every major decision (photo/dj/venue/flowers) Ive had to make when I was up to it... now that all the major ones are done I feel really relaxed and happy about my choices. The only thing I wouldve changed was pick the larger room at my venue. It maxs out at 130 and were at 150 and growing :/

For me it was the DJ and MC! I'm all about the party but it was difficult for me to find a DJ I liked with a bilingual MC. I found one- didn't really have help picking but I def was dragging everyone to expos and showcases!

toughest decision was probably the menu- we brought my parents and my FH's parents, and my sister and SIL! lots of people there and lots of opinions so it was hard to please everyone
