Did you or will you be going thru a travel agent for your honeymoon?
I never thought I would use a travel agent Im like the research queen, but someone suggested it and its been great. My TA goes above and beyond for me I love it! So glad I listened to my friend

I have never used a travel agent before. I usually book all my vacations on my own but for the HM I think I will likely use a TA. Im doing enough with the wedding planning so it would be nice to let the TA handle that. Also, since its the HM maybe they'll be able to get us good perks.

I don't think so. My father is booking the honeymoon for us. He's been there before and really does his research.

One of the ladies that I work with also works for a TA so shes doing us a favor and going to give us a great deal! Were going to meet with her at her office in a couple weeks

I think when you work through a TA they can throw in more perks like champagne in the room, massages etc.

FH is planning the whole thing as a surprise! He says I won't know where we are going until we get to the airport. I doubt he will use an agency, but I have no idea. Very excited tho!

Absolutley!!!!!! I have a FANTASTIC travel agent in Garden City (If anyone is interested, FM me!) She is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. She has never steered me wrong when booking a vacation and I have had 3 other couples book vacations with her based on my recommendation.
She works for Liberty Travel which is even better because they beat the lowest price you can find by 5%. I don't have to pay a dime extra working with her and I love it! We are even considering doing a honeymoon registry with her too! I trust her with my honeymoon

We've never used a travel agent because i've always gotten great deals online after doing tons of research (i'm anal like that), but i am considering using my moms travel agent for our honeymoon because i want everything to go completely smoothly and it would help if she could plan everything for us.

My friend's mom is a travel agent so I'm going to go to her! I will be happy to not have to do it all myself, and I know her very well and trust her.
