so i had all my questions written out on a post it note in the beginning of the week ( i know lol) and I noticed this one touched base on the link that the 09'ers posted for us to read.
is there anything at all you think you might regret or have done differently later on with all the wedding stuff?
it could be not looking into enough halls, booking certain vendors, NOT booking certain vendors sooner b/c they're already booked, your dress, your theme, etc, etc.
i am a person who hates to regret things which is why i take a lot of chances (the outcomes aren't always the best though ) so i'm curious to see what you ladies say

Good question!
In terms of the vendors we've already booked (RH, florist, dj), i don't think there will be any regrets. There has been things I've regretted doing since we started planning such as starting off with a huge bridal party, but I went back and altered things because I wasn't willing to sacrifice my sanity. I just hope that we continue to book dependable vendors. Monetary wise, I wish we had some of our debts paid down more, but hey, what can ya do?

I really wish I did look into more halls. I think I rushed into it. Don't get me wrong, I love the place we choose, but I think I could have done more research.

ITA with you christine. i felt like we rushed into looking at places to the point that we got sick of looking lol... sometimes i wonder if we could have gotten a lower price elsewhere, but in the end i am happy i chose Fox Hollow bc at least i know it has a good reputation!

I had no more patience to look at any more halls so I'm happy with Fox Hollow.
That's my regret after like the 3rd vendor I have no more patience, so we always book a best of three. I wish I had more patience to look into everything.

I'm not regretting anything so far. Every decision I'm making has been well thought out and planned. Thats the beauty of have a long engagement, I think

i am 150% confident in my hall but i had fun looking at halls and we only saw 4 so i kinda wish we went to a few more...just for the fun of it.
also i'm iffy on my photographer, i know they will do a good job, just want to be sure that they will listen to what i want...and im contemplating getting a 2nd one or assistant for a few hours because i have heard girls regret not having 2
