I want to hear all about your wedding shoes. Heels? Flats? Sparkly? Sequins? Slippers? Colorful? Classic white??
FH and I are just about the same height so I will be wearing super cute, comfy flat slippers. I'm not a comfy shoe kind of girl on a regular basis, I love sexy heels for a night out, but this is one day where I want to be comfortable. I'm tall enough as it is, and plus with my dress you won't be seeing my shoes anyway!
So, let's hear alllll about them, and if you don't have them yet, tell us what you envision. Pics are always welcome!

I haven't bought my shoes yet, but there is a pair of Alice + Olivia rhinestone slingbacks I'm dying to have when they come out. They're part of the spring line and were debuted at NYFW. If I can't get them, I will definitely be doing some sort of colored peep toe.
I will try to last as long as I can in them during the reception, but I'm sure through all of the dancing I will need to change ... I'll find some cute sparkly flats to be my emergency pair of shoes.

I haven't bought my shoes yet... and honestly, I'm a little stuck as to what I'm going to do at this point. I originally wanted to do bright yellow shoes (my wedding colors are gray and yellow)... but after picking my dress, which is not your typical color, I'm not so sure that yellow would look right with it anymore.
I DO know that I want heels... not crazy 5 inch heels, something sensible but sexy! I'll probably get a second pair of shoes to change into at some point. They will probably be more on the flip flop side, maybe a wedged flip flop so I'm not tripping over my dress!

I bought cute Kate Spade heels - photos in my album! It was difficult to find cute shoes with a moderate heel height since i'm already pretty tall.
I *may* bring platform flip flops to change into when it comes to dancing all night. They definitely aren't pretty but I don't want the dress dragging!

I haven't purchased my shoes yet but there is a pair that I've been eyeing. The only problem is that the heel is SO high that I may not be able to wear them all day without being in pain. I also found a pair of lower Michael Kors ones that I love and I'm obsessed with MK so I may go with those.

Im sooo happy to read this! I felt so alone that I began to feel I was committing a bridal crime for purchasing flats for the big day! I absolutely love my shoes, but I've been shy about describing them to others. They are pale pink peep toe flats with a little bow on them. I literally googled 'pink peep toe ballet flat for wedding' and I found them...for $30!!! I am 5'8 and FH is 5'9. I want to be able to stand straight and proud on that day, not worry about popping my knee the right way or crouching so that I dont feel like a giant in every picture. I figure they will be under my dress anyway so who cares! I will be comfy and able to dance the night away.

THIS! I'm 5'8 and FH is 5'10 and I really don't feel like being a towering ogre that day. I really want to wear a pair of blinged out or sparkly converse sneakers since I'm really not much a of heels lady. Everyone keeps telling me to get heels for the ceremony and sneakers for after. I figure I'm spending A LOT of money on this day, why not be comfortable from start to finish?!

I haven't bought my shoes yet but I want something with a peep toe and a small heel because I will be changing into converse at the reception. Probably Orange ones.

I bought an apple green pair of shoes to match my wedding colors with a bow on it for the church ceremony and I am thinking of changing into comfy cowboy boots for the reception!

I haven't bought shoes yet but I wanted to try to find either blue heels or yellow since those are our wedding colors and I am going to be wearing converses during the reception. I am not a heels girl I am a comfort girl I can't wear heels for very long anymore.

I knew I wanted something HIGH since FH is a foot taller than me so I found these very vintage looking lace t-strap platforms. Thank God they're actually really comfortable! Pics in my album.

I'm 5 foot and FH is 6'4 so i am definitely rocking the heels. I'm hoping to get the sparkly Jimmy Choo's if not something silver/sparkly. I am also getting the TOMS white shimmer wedge shoe to change into later in the night I have a pair now and they are super comfy
