Unless your FH simply has given you carte blanche, there's a lot of talking and compromises that happen while planning a wedding - often on topics that may not come up on a daily basis.
What have you learned about your FH while planning your wedding?
Have you learned more about him, or some quirky detail of his likes/dislikes?
UPDATE: FH and I both realized that we both have a secret like for Jennifer Lopez's 'Let's Get Loud' while sorting through music list surveys put together by our DJ. On the other hand, I had no clue he doesn't know 'Devil Goes down to Georgia'.
Also, I didn't think my non-religious FH would say the vows are the most important part of the day to him.

Honestly, nothing really surprised me when it came to wedding planning with him. He's very easy going, and usually is just like, ok if you like it, it's fine lol.

I haven't learned much that I didn't know already. He really just lets me take the lead and speaks up when he has a strong opinion. I know he wants to be on the dance floor all night... Which was surprising at first, but he's been a dancing machine lately!

Can't really say that I have learned anything new during the planning process so far. FH is very laid back and the sames goes with the wedding planning. I've been the one to do all the researching and such but I keep FH involved. He's been with me on all the appts and I always talk to him about ideas and stuff and he will give me his opinions.

I have def learned a lot. Especially compromising. I didn't think FH would want to have so much say or have so many ideas he wanted to incorporate.

I didn't learn much...but all of the planning and such has really reinforced how much he cares about me and values my happiness because he always tells me how much he wants me to have everything I want for the wedding of our dreams. :)

I learned that my FH really loves planning a wedding!! He gets more excited about wedding planning then I do. I thought he would not want to do everything with me (even picking out flowers and wedding colors!) but he surprised me and wants to be involved in everything!!

I have been stunned at how much FH is into this whole thing! He wants to be a part of all the decisions, comes up with his own creative ideas and works on design elements. It's really been a joint project

Lol not much. He is involved as long as I give him tasks lol. I am the decision maker when it comes to details he's easy going if I'm happy he is too.
