QOTD 9/5/12 - True Love

True love is an expression often used with weddings, mawwiages :)


Do you believe in True Love?

Do you believe in Soul Mates? If so, does everyone have one soul mates, or is it possible to have more than one option?



NWR: Do you have a favorite song, album you like to throw on and dance to in your bedroom?

- I'm guilty :)

I definitely believe in true love. It's an unconditional type. I don't know that I believe in one soul mate. I don't think I really know. I do believe that you should find a person who loves you for you, unconditionally.

NWR: I LOVE the new rihanna song, where have you been!!! obsession is not really the most accurate lol!

I believe that there isn't just ONE person out there for you, i think there are many that are perfect for you and if you find one then you're very lucky...finding one of your soul mates is amazing! I think that friends can be soul mates too...to me it just means that you are in sync with that person and you know each other and care about each other and have a willingness to grow with them.

I think that there is true love and i think it means that you'll weather every storm and make things work no matter what, that you'll still love each other when you're old and gray. BUT I don't think that you know you have true love until the end of your life when you look back and can confirm it. Every day, in every relationship, we grow and learn things no matter how long we've known that person.

NWR: I can't NOT wiggle in my seat when i hear 'Tonight (I'm Loving You) by Enrique Iglesias. The dirty version is even better! haha ;)

I do believe in true love, but not in a love-at-first-sight kind of way. I believe that love becomes true over time.

I don't believe that there's only one person for everyone out there, I think there are many different people that could be your love, but circumstances (fate, if that's your cup of tea) will make one right for you at the right time.

NWR: Green Day always gets me pumped. Ever since I saw 'American Idiot' on Broadway last year I've been rocking out to that.

(Aside: when I saw the title of your post, the first thing that popped in my head was the wedding scene from 'The Princess Bride,' and the priest who pronounces it 'Twue Wove' lol!)

I just believe in love.

NWR: Any type of house music

What I believe is that loving is easy but being in love is deeper and changes because as people we change..I believe this is why love is hard but worth it because being in love represents a deeper sacrifice of self and giving and receiving that is amazing...
NWR..anything with a beat!!!!!

And I'm sorry about your FH, I hope it all works out.

I do believe in true love and it happens over time. it doesn't just happen based on how long you've been with a person - it's an effort on both sides. I remember when FH & I started dating and he said I really like you & can't wait to see you again. That like grew into love & the day he said 'I Love You' was special & sincere. That love kept growing every day beucase we were watering it's roots so to speak. I believe FH & I do have true love & we have our own definition of it based on our relationship.

I don't believe that there is just one person out there for you, the world is too big for that but if you are fortunate enough to find a person you are compatible with then you are a lucky girl.

NWD: The new Usher song (It's Now or Never')gets me sooo hyped!!!! I'm thinking of having the wedding party come out to it. I also want FH & I to come out to Rhianna's song 'Where have you been all my life'!!!!

I def. believe in true love. As for soul mates..yea, I believe in that too but I don't believe there can be just one. I thought I married my soul mate. I guess at that time in my life, he was. Now, I'm older and in a different place in my life and I feel that I've found my true love. Going through a divorce has taught me that it's not always about that 'one perfect person' sometimes is just about timing. My ex was 'the one' at THAT time and now I'm with my one true love at THIS time in my life.
Hopefully I'm making sense. LOL
