QOTD: April 18th, 2011

Hi Ladies,

Thanks again Angelscri for handing me the bridal veil. My question today is what have you done since getting engaged to influence the way you will look and feel in your wedding dress on your wedding day?

For me, I would have to say joining Weight Watchers and NYSC were my biggest conscious moves to looking and feeling my best on my wedding day. I have cut out a ton of fast food. I cook more now and I feel better for it. I'm thinking of getting a trainer.

I started a kickboxing class recently. It beats me up, but its such a workout! I hope to see some nice results from it!

I've hired a personal trainer for toning, upped my runs to at least 3 miles, 4 days a week, started bootcamp classes, and I also finally went to the dermatologist and figured out what was up with my skin!

I'm doing the insanity workout now, and I'll do another round before the wedding.

I'm also trying to think of everything that I eat at all times! Because I'm not drinking any less

I also got invisalign with FH so we can have straight smiles for the wedding

I SHOULD have started like two weeks ago. I need motivation. Although FH and I will be starting yoga this week. In addition to that, I'm going to start cardio at least three times a week. I completely want to lose weight and tone my arm. It's so hard with being a grownup and being in my car for a minimum of two hours a day

Definitely getting back on track with Weight Watchers. I've lost 15 lbs since I started again and not only am I pretty much at where I wanted to be when the wedding rolled around but I am 10 pounds away from my goal weight which I never seemed to reach before! Being this close to it is really going to help motivate me to keep going even after the wedding. I can't remember the last I was the weight I am now and I feel great.

I started seeing a dermatologist a few months ago so that hopefully my skin will be perfect for the wedding
