Was there any one time in your relationship with FH where you knew you were falling in love with him?

For me, it was Valentines Day. I wasn't explecting much since we've only been dating for 2 months but when i went downstairs, on his pool table there was a purple bear, a card, and roses. I'm like oh ok thats nice.. but when i got closer i saw it was a dozen hand made oragami roses (he wrapped the metal stems and all).
Then i read the card which was made for a child with dinosaurs on it cuz i mentioned i loved dinosaurs lol. The bear was purple from build a bear and named comet, after the golden retriever on full house cuz i'm obsessed lol.

I tried to deny it for a long time cuz i recently got out of a crazy relationship but it didn't work for long.

Umm when did I know I was falling in love with him...there was this look, this magic moment, I swear!!! Like a switch went off. I was ready to pack it in right before that. For some reason FH has some perfect little alarm clock and it goes off when it 'should' and he's been on time for everything in our entire relationship.

Know what I mean???

We were wondering if you were going to remember to come on....being that you're not working today.....


I don't think there was any one moment that I knew I had fallen in love with FH. I think it was a collaboration. I think for me, the feeling just developed....If I had to choose one moment though, I'd have to say probably the day I left for college. I never thought it would've been so hard for me, but saying goodbye to FH made it almost impossible.

well we told each other that we loved each other a month after dating....

HOWEVER i felt like OMG IM IN LOVE WITH THIS GUY on our first trip to Aruba in Oct 2006. we'd been dating a few months, decided to go there for a week, and it was just FAIRYTALE...rose petals on the bed/bathtub he had set up, the beach right outside our room, i remember standing with him right where the waves wash up on shore, and it was like midnight but the moon was so big...n we were like dancing to imaginary music on the beach in aruba...and i knew at that point, i would never want to be with anybody else!!

we always say that aruba is where we realllllyyy fell head over heels in love...we knew we were gonna get married on that trip...he actually wanted to get engaged there, but i was 19, we were dating for 4 months, my parents would have KILLED ME! so we didnt lol

I love this questions bc it makes me so happy to think of the answer.....

We weren't even officially dating yet, he lives in LI and I had a house in Queens by my college. It was over the summer and I had a trip to go to for my honor society that I was president of. I was so used to do everything myself, I didn;t even think twice at getting up at 4am with all my stuff (the trip was in DC) and taking the city bus to the train station. Well needless to say in the pitch black and creepy people all around coming out of bars, the bus never came. So there I am alone as the sun is just starting to come up. Mind you I had a very hard time depending on a guy and not doing things myself. My family lives in SI and I had really no one else around, so somehow I immediately called fh and as luck would have it his phone was on his chest that night for some reason and he had left it on vibrate. I think I said about 5 words to him to the extent that the bus never came (I'm close to crying at this point bc I think I'm going to miss my other bus for the trip) and he just said walk back to your house I'll be right there. I remember standing outside my house looking gross bc I had barely slept that night and forgotten my hair dryer lol and then I see his car turn the corner, it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it, I remember saying to myself OMG he loves me and I love him, I don't know anyone who would just do this for me like it's nothing and really seem to care so much. A couple weeks later we verbally said what we had both been thinking right from the beginning, yay! lol

I remember thinking on our first date, 'oh my gosh, he's so cute!!'

it's funny because he knew before me! funny but real story, on our second date we went to see the philarmonic orchestra in central park. After he was going to drive home so we sat in his car for a few minutes and out of nowhere...he turned to me and said 'I think you're the one' and my jaw dropped and was speechless. And I called my friends that night and said 'is he nuts! we've only gone out 2 times...***!'

then on our third date, we went to jones beach after dinner out and I just knew everything felt so right and I was in love!

oh my gosh such good memories.

Well me and FH had been dating for about 8 months (I took things slow and tried to deny it as well due too just getting out of a long relationship as well)

He went to London with his 2 friends for 2 weeks! Longest 2 weeks of my life...Well thats when I realized wow I am in love and have been and want him back NOW!

well I never expected him to call me (ok maybe I did like 2 or 3 times) But he not only called me 2x's a day he wrote me a few times a day. It was the cutest thing.

He came back and told me he realized he really was in love with me while he was gone and till this day says thats when he fell in love. And as for me I felt the same way!

I fell in love with him way after, he said I love you first! I was just really nervous to fall for someone I had come out of a really bad relationship, but it wasn't so hard to fall in love with him because he's awesome

This one night a while into our relationship, he had dropped me off at home and was on his way home, but stopped at a friends party really quick just to say hi...Well 5 minutes after he got there one of the guys that was there went crazy and starting stabbing people, stabbed our friend and her brother (who was in the hospital for a LONG time after the attack). He calls me and tells me what happened but all I could think about in the back of my head was'what if it was him...' It was the first time I really felt that i didnt know how to live without him, it hit me hard.
the next summer we were sitting on a lifeguard stand at the beach one night, just sitting watching the waves and I knew that this was how I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him...He even said to me that night that he wanted to get married on the beach one day, it was the first time the word marraige ever came up in conversation...we talked about it and then that was it...i knew then that he was it for me...

(and little does he know that I remember exactly what he said that night about getting married on the beach...I got some tricks up my sleeve for him...I cant do it at our wedding, but i am already trying to plan it...)

FH said i love you too first and it was weird lol... we were sitting out my sofa making out (haha whatever) and it ws dark except for the tv being on and one of those corny paid programing commercials came on. It was for a cd called 'love songs of hte 90's' lol.. so FH said it while all those old school songs were on.
