So the moment I knew FH was in love with me was actually the date we 'offically' (i know very high school) started dating We were at the final hame at the old Yankee stadium. He got the tickets as a gift for his college graduation. At the time we had only been seeing each other for like a month so I was blown away when he asked ME and secretly knew that he was in love with me. But he flat out told me AT the game! Since he's a die hard Yankee Fan and a season ticket holder since forever, it was quite an emotional night for the both of us!!!

Um we had been seeing eachother for over a year but I didnt think it was that serious since he was away at school most of the time and I was out having fun with my girlfriends. We said I love you to each other but I just thought we would eventually part ways once he figured out what he wanted to do after school. Well he came home from school for a weekend and while he was home, I had a health scare. I was so nervous/scared that I told him and and took me to the dr and was with me the whole time. He wouldnt go back to school until he knew I was ok. That was when I knew I meant more to him then I thought.

I get MASSIVE migraines, so bad that I can't do anything for days. I was at his house for the weekend (we had a long distance relationship for the first couple of months of our relationship) and I got a one the first night there. He stayed with me all weekend trying to me feel better.

I had a health scare and had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night.. we had been dating for a while but either way, I had told me parents and they took me. The next day he freaked out because I hadn't told him to let him know I was going to the ER.. It was so cute! LOL

I knew FH loved me one weekend up in Vermont. FH had come to spend a long weekend with me because he was living in PA (yay long distance) and he did two things...


- After bedroom time, he launched into a long conversation on what he wanted to name our children and they say only women do this

- When he left for the weekend I was caught at work, unable to leave. He made my bed, cleaned my entire apartment so it was spotless, and made me homemade chicken parm ( My favorite meal!) that all I had to do was throw in the microwave to heat up for dinner. For a guy who can't clean, I was shocked... oh, and he left a note to enjoy.

Yes, unfortunately still sick.

To answer my own question....

FH and I were really good friends prior to dating. One night I got in a fight with my then bf. I called FH to see where he was bc I needed to talk. He was at a party but heard how upset I was. I told him not to worry and we would speak tomorrow. He said no stay put and he would be over. He ended up running to my house from the party he was at in the next town. He stayed with me on my stoop talking all night. I knew then that we both cared for eachother way more than just friends.

It had to have been the day when he told off one of his 'good friends' that he now no longer speaks to. This 'friend' always told him how I wasnt good enough or pretty enought blah blah blah... So he basically told FH that he should go back to his old girlfriend (who the friend always said he hated) and FH FLIPPED. He told him that he was happy with me and that the friend should be happy for him. This friend just couldnt understand it. I think it was all because I wasn under 21 and couldnt go out and party and FH and I were spending alot of time together and he lost his drinking buddy. Needless to say that melted my heart and I secretly did the happy dance when FH told me that he was no longer speaking to this 'friend'.

We had been dating like 3 weeks and we were hanging out at his apartment watching tv when he looked at me and got this serious face on. He's like 'I think I'm falling in love with you....' So I leaned over and gave him a kiss, he just looked at me and was like 'Is that ok??' He look petrified! About a week later he told me he loved me (we were at a bar where his sis was bartending watching a Cowboys game lol)

We were good friends for 5 years before we started dating and he was in the marine corps when we first started dating, so it's very apparent whether or not it's a serious thing early on. But I remember one time when I went to his house and asked his wireless password and he told me it was, 'Lisamarie' (my name.) It was really cute.

Like some others, we were also friends for a few years before we started dating--basically I kept shooting him down when he asked me out. He's in the restaurant business so he works all weekend, but one EARLY Saturday morning he unexpectedly showed to watch my son's soccer game. I found out after the fact that he really hates soccer. I knew then he must be pretty serious about me, even though I didn't come around for another month.
