QOTD Friday December 31st

Good Morning Ladies, this is the last QOTD of the Day in 2010! Our year is a little over 12 hours away

So Since of year is fast approaching, what are you going to miss most about being a 'single' lady? How do you think you will change once you become a married one?

Unlike some of you ladies i did this all a little backwards, we already live together and have a kid so i totally feel married already!

The thing i miss the most is being able to make selfish decisions because i want to. Like buying a 100 dollar pair of shoes or going out to dinner without thinking twice about the cost.

I think being married will make life a little easier for myself, i willfinally have the same last name as my child and FH and finally be able to stop stresses about money!

Have a great night ladies~

i also did it a little backwards just not to the same extent... i went to college with FH and stayed at his house with parents then and still do and i think im gonna miss most is being able to come and go to my house on LI as easily as we do (esp if we move to NC like planned)

but the thing ill miss least is having all this stress from the planning of the wedding!!!! haha

i think what i'll miss most are the 'firsts' and the butterflies that go along with it...first date, first kiss...all of that stuff! but i'm sure married life will bring a ton of new firsts that i'll love just as much

I think I will really miss planning the wedding lol. As much as it stresses me out, I really do love it!!

And like Kerri said, I'll miss the firsts and the butterflies, but I'm really excited to be a wife. And I can NOT wait to become a mom!!!

I also did things backwards. We have lived together for four years now and have a 2 1/2 year old son. I feel like I am already married and not much will change. If I was to look back and see what I would miss most it would be the ability to get up and make plans with my girls without worrying about money, who will take care of the baby and my FH being home alone. I would miss not worrying about $ issues and saving.

I don't think I'll really 'miss' anything, I don't feel like I'm any different than I was 6 years ago before I met FH, and I'm pretty sure that nothing major will change once we are married. We already lived together for 5 years, so thats no biggie. And I pretty much do whatever I want anyway, FH is used to it by now

I think I will miss not being able to make all the decisions myself, and having to take the concerns of other people into account. I think that having to do this will make me a better person though, because it will force out the natural selfishness that all of us have.

That said, though some of the 'firsts' are gone, there are so many new ones to come... first wedding anniversary, first house, first ....
